It is a great product with a great focus on design and handling. Really like it a lot.

Pros

I like it that the software implements a positive and solution oriented communication mindset in our team. The teambarometer really helps us to focus on constructive inputs and not on problems of the past.

Cons

I think there is still a lot of potential in this product to grow.
