" August 16, 2019 5.0 I finally have a project management tool that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, that works without me having to explain everything to my personnel or my clients and freelancers. Pros I’ve been searching for the right project management tool for 5 years. Project.co is the first Project Management App I actually kept using more than a week! We love the non-cluttered workspace and and the unlimited projects, tasks and clients feature. The attention to detail such as importing the favicon of my clients website help recognize projects in the list-view. I love the fact I can add clients and freelancers and don’t have to explain to them how Project.co works. Cons I'd love to see us do even MORE with Project.co. There is a Calendar view for your tasks. It has a weekly/daily view, but it lacks a vertical hour axis (like iCal does). Tasks get placed in a list on the right day. That is okay, but it would be even better if I could place tasks on a specific time. That helps my developer see how much time he has and what needs to be done when. I love the fact that I have been able to add a custom domain and my branding too, so it looks like an extention of my website for any clients/ colleagues. One thing I particular love is the layout and that you can quickly and easily get where you want to. There is no feed of all the activity, however I see this as a plus point as this often use to confuse me, rather than help, as we have projects that have fast turnarounds. I love the templates that are available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses. December 8, 2022 5.0 I was a power notion user and my client portal was Notion, then I tried several project management tools (including industry-leading) but all of them were too much for my needs.I was searching for an easier PM tool from both my and the client's perspectives. Got Project.co on Appsumo.Man, this is truly amazing how easy and clean this is. Although the mobile app is quite buggy and the Kanban board is also buggy in both desktop and mobile --- that's easily fixable.Other than that, everything in project.co is amazing. The clients are also loving the simplicity.However, It would be great if you can allow the users (admins) to have the ability to choose a Container mod for the portal. Right now, it;'s full-width sections. I guess, it looks weird and has extra white spaces on the wider screen. Mine is an Ultrawide monitor that's why the cards look too much wide.Once again thank you so much for the awesome product. I hope it will continue developing in the future! November 30, 2022 5.0 I set up and organize admin/client tech, and this is what I have been needing for the past year. It is a perfect spot for my clients to have access to everything they need in one place. My biggest struggle was also having a place for my team to complete client tasks, and this also solved that issue. Love using the "notes" feature for this with built-in tasks. You can also make project templates, and it's just so darn customizable. Can't wait to continue to build out templates and serve my clients with Project.co! I am aware of it but I never cared to fix it because I managed to make it work. Fast forward 20 years and now I have a video production studio managing various editors, writers, voiceover artists and talent. The old white board method didn't work and my Google sheet workaround was only viable as long as I remembered to keep everyone posted. Yesterday I got an email about Project.co and it finally clicked. This was what I needed and I had no excuses at the price it was being offered. I made the jump, watched the 1 minute intro video and was able to setup in just a few minutes. Project.co is already making a huge difference in accountability and responsibility and I am barely scratching the surface on what it can do. Pros The price and ease of setup were 2 reasons I chose to go with Project.co. I have avoided productivity software for years and my experiences with other software has only solidified my hatred for these platforms. Project.co was intuitive to setup and easy to understand.
