I have tried out other project management tools before and they were either complicated and had a high learning curve or they were too basic. Project.co is the best of both worlds because it is simple to use and doesn't require a lot of time to get started. I was able to use this tool without much time and training and it works for my team. Along with White label CNAME, Custom EMAIL & custom Logo & colors gives extra comfort for my own branding with winning my client's trust. " August 16, 2019 5.0 I finally have a project management tool that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, that works without me having to explain everything to my personnel or my clients and freelancers. Pros I’ve been searching for the right project management tool for 5 years. Project.co is the first Project Management App I actually kept using more than a week! We love the non-cluttered workspace and and the unlimited projects, tasks and clients feature. The attention to detail such as importing the favicon of my clients website help recognize projects in the list-view. I love the fact I can add clients and freelancers and don’t have to explain to them how Project.co works. Cons I'd love to see us do even MORE with Project.co. There is a Calendar view for your tasks. It has a weekly/daily view, but it lacks a vertical hour axis (like iCal does). Tasks get placed in a list on the right day. That is okay, but it would be even better if I could place tasks on a specific time. That helps my developer see how much time he has and what needs to be done when. I love the fact that I have been able to add a custom domain and my branding too, so it looks like an extention of my website for any clients/ colleagues. One thing I particular love is the layout and that you can quickly and easily get where you want to. There is no feed of all the activity, however I see this as a plus point as this often use to confuse me, rather than help, as we have projects that have fast turnarounds. The onboarding emails are a great addition to understand and know the features of the tool. There are also tool tips once you are in a project, so Project.co novices like me can create a project step by step and get started very quickly. There also are plenty of templates and examples you can use to give ideas on how you can tailor and use the tool to your needs and liking. Each project can contain all the elements (discussions, tasks, files, notes, payments, time tracking) of a project in one location. My tech guy made me aware of Project.co, telling me he has started to use it and I should try it. Signing up to Project.co was one of the best business decisions I have made, I can see where each piece of work is in my process, see what everyone is doing and have a complete audit trail of the conversations that I have with my clients. The support has been absolutely outstanding with quick responses via the web chat tool, direct email and also a one to one screen sharing call where \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team are more than happy to show you around. They are very open to ideas about features that might be useful which together with the fact any data is stored here in the UK via the Amazon S3 servers is a massive tick in terms of our GDPR responsibilities. Please do not turn into the bloatware that ClickUp has become! The chat feature will finally allow me to force a stubborn client away from WA - sure, it's not a unique feature, but looks to be the best-implemented I've seen. Pros Things I particularly like so far - Notion-style functionality with / commands, the design, the inline-tasks, embedded Google Docs and Sheets, custom domain and full white-labelling, templates and email notifications/reply via email that, so far, actually work as they should.All in all, very happy and hopefully onboard for a long time. Cons Things I'd like to see - versioning (a change paper-trail), the ability to allow notes visibility at a granular level, API (or email-to-task), a collaborator setting (even if this takes a paid seat) that allows them to create tasks, or perhaps a more granular level of role permissions?Things that would be nice but are probably an ask-too-far ... ability to create products and services that can be used to create line items in invoices. Got Project.co on Appsumo.Man, this is truly amazing how easy and clean this is. Although the mobile app is quite buggy and the Kanban board is also buggy in both desktop and mobile --- that's easily fixable.Other than that, everything in project.co is amazing. The clients are also loving the simplicity.However, It would be great if you can allow the users (admins) to have the ability to choose a Container mod for the portal. Right now, it;'s full-width sections. I guess, it looks weird and has extra white spaces on the wider screen. Mine is an Ultrawide monitor that's why the cards look too much wide.Once again thank you so much for the awesome product. I hope it will continue developing in the future! November 30, 2022 5.0 I set up and organize admin/client tech, and this is what I have been needing for the past year. It is a perfect spot for my clients to have access to everything they need in one place. My biggest struggle was also having a place for my team to complete client tasks, and this also solved that issue. Love using the "notes" feature for this with built-in tasks. You can also make project templates, and it's just so darn customizable. Can't wait to continue to build out templates and serve my clients with Project.co! I am aware of it but I never cared to fix it because I managed to make it work. Fast forward 20 years and now I have a video production studio managing various editors, writers, voiceover artists and talent. The old white board method didn't work and my Google sheet workaround was only viable as long as I remembered to keep everyone posted. Yesterday I got an email about Project.co and it finally clicked. This was what I needed and I had no excuses at the price it was being offered. I made the jump, watched the 1 minute intro video and was able to setup in just a few minutes. Project.co is already making a huge difference in accountability and responsibility and I am barely scratching the surface on what it can do. Pros The price and ease of setup were 2 reasons I chose to go with Project.co. I have avoided productivity software for years and my experiences with other software has only solidified my hatred for these platforms. Project.co was intuitive to setup and easy to understand. Tracking is easy and within a few minutes of setting up my account I had my team invited in and ready to work. Cons I have not found any cons to the software yet. I stumbled upon Project.co and thought I'd give it a try. I had a new project up and running (with a timeline) within minutes. Project.co is incredibly intuitive and insanely easy to use. I love how it stores any kind of feature within the project (ie: checklist, notes, etc...). I regularly use Asana and have used Monday.com and Teamwork....project.co is the winner. Highly recommend. Cons Hmmm, haven't come across this yet....can project.co create/send invoices for time tracking? that is the only thing I can think of that I haven't looked into-- if it does, great!
