I stumbled upon Project.co and thought I'd give it a try. I had a new project up and running (with a timeline) within minutes. Project.co is incredibly intuitive and insanely easy to use. I love how it stores any kind of feature within the project (ie: checklist, notes, etc...). I regularly use Asana and have used Monday.com and Teamwork....project.co is the winner. Highly recommend. Cons Hmmm, haven't come across this yet....can project.co create/send invoices for time tracking? that is the only thing I can think of that I haven't looked into-- if it does, great! Pros The way project.co was designed was to have the user focus on every project they are working on/with. It's different from the majority of project/task management software out in the market because the layout does not make you feel overwhelmed with tons of tasks that you need to work on. Cons If you are used to using a traditional project/task management software then at first you might have a hard time understanding how to use project.co. But once you understand why \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team designed it the way it is, you will have a light bulb moment. My suggestion is to overcome this feeling of "it's hard to get started, or it's not clear how to set it up" by creating several video guides on how to do things. And client portal along with full white-label features is a cherry on top. The onboarding and setup are extremely easy and I'm definitely looking for all the new features that are going to come in the coming time.If you are running a business where client transparency can keep potential clients with you, this is the best investment that you can get. Of course, the platform is new compared to the established ones, so we cannot compare it with them. Cons Nothing as of now. It's simple, works the way you want, and comes with a lot of features. " October 27, 2022 5.0 I've tried a ton of different project management tools and this one has the best support I've ever received. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], you are a gem!I tried Plutio, ClickUp, Asana, and almost went with Honeybook but decided to check out Project.co first. This tool has been amazing so far! I love the UI/UX, it's super easy to understand and navigate (and I'm an experienced PM tool user).The client portal is HUGE and a life savor! Also, keeping all of the communication on a project in one location has been amazing. With a lot of other tools, it's easy to get lost in all the bells and whistles. I always want to learn EVERYTHING a tool has to offer which can be good and bad. Bad because I spend way too much time trying to learn a new tool instead of simply setting up something efficient then focusing on my business. Project.co allowed me to set up a powerhouse project management dashboard in no time. My clients are already telling me how much they love it. I have tested Trello, Asana, Taskade and Project.co provides many of the features in these tools. Pros The dashboard when you login is really simple presenting an overview of the different modules.I really like the task management and different views such as calendar, schedule and the Kanban is very functional. The UX is really nicely designed. Custom branding is a plus.Reminders are sent via email for outstanding tasks. You can setup groups of members, custom notes pages and create custom columns with colour colour coding.I have not tested the invoice module yet.Matt has done some excellent tutorials on how to use the software. The app functions well on iPhone. Cons The app keeps logging me out, but I am sure this will be fixed. There is currently no Gantt chart view but they are working on this. Review Source AB Aaron B. I can make great notes easily, with the ability to add various types of information, images and videos. I can keep all the communication in one place (for each client), rather than searching through emails, set tasks and ask generate invoices and ask for payment. With templates, I don't need to start from scratch for each new client. I can even pin each clients meeting room to their dashboard, so it's easy for them to join a meeting.My projects aren't complex, but I've tried a few meeting software tools before, but project.co it's easier for me and clients. Pros Easy to use and saves time. All in one place for tasks, communication, notes and payment management. There is so much you can do that you really have to get used to it at first. But once you get the hang of it, it works really nice and easy. Can't wait to use the software on real projects. Pros I like how I can use all the tools in one place. I can see projects seperatly, but I can also get an overview of everything I work on. Cons The software has some small bugs that need some work, but I still have to report them to the creators. It does a good job integrating notifications to keep everyone who needs to know, in the loop. We are also using the software to assign tasks to team members so there is no confusion with who is working on what.We are excited to try to manage more processes with Project.co. The support has been very responsive so far, and we love that there are templates for common processes. That takes away a lot of the intimidation that I have had with other PM software. They were able and willing to look into every question and concern I had. Now, that to me, is worth ten times the cost of this software. Great customer service is rarely found these days. I definitely recommend Project.co. And all my questions have been answered, so the program is working smoothly for me. There is a lot of features, some of them are still being enhanced further and I look forward to seeing what comes next.I would recommend this for 2 way comms with clients, stakeholders or just internal teams. Cons The invoicing function is in its infancy and needs more enhancement - it works well if you want to accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, but BACS isn't a fully accepted option yet.
