### "A wonderful addition to my business suite!"

While only having played with a few of the essential features (for me) I can already tell this is going to be a very important tool for my business.

Pros

The onboarding was swift and they've done a wonderful job of highlighting all the tools available through their projects. My business would mainly focus on the organisation and timekeeping aspects of the offering, however, the ability to include clients, as well as the vast methods available for communicating with them means it'll be a feature we're sure to use in the near future!

Cons

If I had to nitpick, it would be the couple of extra steps it takes to log time on the fly. That said, it's a very small part of what I use it for and there's a reason for that vs my previous software

At first glance I thought that I won´t need Project.co. I´m already using Freedcamp as a project management tool with which I´m quite happy. But after looking deeper into Project.co I realized that it can be a usefull addition to other project management tools due to it´s simplicity (in a positive sense) and due to its overall approach.With the kanban view Project.co can even replace many of my Trello boards, which is in fact the main reason for me to use Project.co. There are - of course - some minor lacks and downsides, like when deleting a task, I have to refresh the page until it really disappears. And custom field entries are cut of instead of a line break, when to long. But I´m quite sure that they will adress these kind of things soon. In the end, that´s what Sumolings are here for.One last thing, which IMHO is maybe the most important point speaking for Project.co.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] , the\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]of Project.co to me seems to be very authentic and in love with his product, which strongly speaks for Project.co

Pros

I was looking for a suitable replacement for Trello and having used Project.co for a few days, I am very happy with the result. The UI and UX are excellent (great for not only my agency team here, but very important for clients). I love the custom domain feature straight out of the box. Being able to route Project.co through my own website's subdomain, complete with White Labelling really brings a professional edge for my business' use that I'm very impressed with.

Cons

The app for Android is only a web-based app which has its flaws. Dropdown lists get stuck within the app, making some features difficult to use.

Pros

I got this deal as was not fully happy with another app deal I had.Project.co. is really so much better and can only get stronger.For what I need it for this is almost perfect and Im sure will be perfect given a little longer.I would say grab this deal now before its gone it is honestly well worth it.It exceeds the power of another app on app sumo by a long way. It has a very clear design and great interface.Just do it with nothing to lose with a money-back guarantee.

Cons

I can't hide things I don't use as yet. SO my interface has things I wish I could disable.

Pros

I bought Project.co a few days ago and have been testing it out. I love how powerful it is and excited to start using it for my clients. Initially was confused about the different features however once I started exploring it was very simple to use.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see more of are more templates and I'd like to see recurring invoice instead of one off invoices.

Excellent project management tool for a small business that doesn't want to spend lots of money on such a tool.

Pros

We are a small software development business with three in-house full-time developers and one part-time remote developer. We have tried several open source and paid project management tools previously, but they were all a bit clunky (open sourced) or too expensive for our small business. None of them provided limited access for clients (without extra cost) and some were just too feature-rich for our small team. Project.co seems to be the perfect fit - both from a cost and feature perspective. I like that fact that’s it continually being updated and we can also provide feedback and suggestions. It has proved to be of huge benefit to my team and exceptional value for money.

Cons

Very minor things like when I go into a project I want it to go straight to the tasks not to the project details... but I'm picking at straws here as this is a very small issue and only takes one click to get where I want to be.

### "Not just another PM tool"

I really think I've tried (almost) every single PM tool out there. Obviously there's a lot of overlap between all these tools, but I have to say Project.Co is really refreshing to start with. The interface looks great and is so easy to use. I especially like the templates they offer + the embeds.Biggest feature missing right now: native time tracker / Chrome extension to track time. Hope this is implemented soon as it's something you should always have in a PM tool.

Our 30 employees will have no trouble picking this up and it will be replacing a lot of other subscription based solutions that do bits and peaces of what Project.co does in one elegantly designed package. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

Very happy to report that Project.co does exactly what it says it does and it does so in a simple and clean user interface that easy to learn and use. As a manager of an Event Management Agency I find this product to be just what the doctor ordered.

Cons

Still looking for holes in the system. None found yet.

Pros

I like that is an affordable option with a lifetime deal. The 30 templates included with the tool helped get me set up quickly.

Cons

This is not a con, but a feature request. It would be great if the time tracker converted to a dollar amount when I invoice clients. This would save me from having to do the math manually. I would be able to put in 1 hour = $X amount of money.Example: I charge $100 an hour, and I invoice the client for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have to manually bill them for $275.

Pros

I was looking for an alternative to our current PM tool and came upon this one. Set up is easy, the learning curve low, and there are a bunch of useful features our previous tool didn't have, such as the possibility of customizing the set of tools to be used on each project. And one of these tools offers the possibility of embedding other apps or files as tools, which is a great idea.

Cons

On the other hand, there are a couple of features I do miss. The two most prominent among those are a) full-fledged time-tracking that would enable a user to actually track time, not just enter it, and b) tabs within the project boards.

I am no able to organize all my projects and tasks as well as be ready to add staff and not have to re-invent the wheel.

Pros

The simiplicity of this product should not fool you. This tool lets you focus on what you do best and keep track of what you are doing, track you time and get paid!

Cons

At first I was expecting more traditional projet features, but I have found those get in the way when you are a single person or a small. My goal is to deliver value for my customers and do so efficiently.

Pros

A very nice surprise. Very flexible, very intuitive, so I instantly invited my team to check it out. And actually what made me think to keep it was that many things are customizable, and not only functional settings but also the design. Now I don't need to worry about who sees what, I can easily use it with clients and freelancers.

Cons

Nothing at this point. First I didn't really like the design, it was too dark, but it can be altered, so now I'm happy. :)

Project.co serves several useful purposes: 1. It helps to capture activities and serves as a tickler for tasks that need to be performed. 2. It allows you to create projects and assign tasks to specific individuals to ensure they are appropriately managed and completed on time. 3. It can broadcast activities performed to external users, allocate time to each task, and bill clients for work performed. Additionally, I appreciate the many ways you can view project activities to gain a better understanding of the progress made.

Pros

Project.co is literally transformational. I am using it to make my business more efficient and productive. As an HR Consultant, the client-facing aspect is very beneficial because my clients can see in real-time how much work I'm doing for them. In fact, it is such a great application that I've already started to implement Project.co in my client's businesses. The rate of adoption is high because the application is easy to use and they can easily see the benefit. For the reasons mentioned above, Project.co has my highest recommendation.

I'm anticipating the rollout for the mobile platform and the interface to Quick Books, Salesflare & Better Proposals.

While I am still just really getting to know the product and have only just scratched the surface at this point, Project.co seems to be very well organized, greatly supported, and has tons of videos to learn how to use it. Cost vs value seems to be a no brainer, totally worth it! I look forward to moving ALL of my projects over to Project.co and having stronger project management and better client communication with it!

Pros

It is aesthetically pleasing to look at, seems to make sense where things are and how to accomplish tasks that need to be performed. The set up is rather easy with plenty of examples to help you get up and running.

Cons

Obviously with any new software, whether it's similar to what you have used before there is always a learning curve to put it to use.

It is a simple process to invite your clients to a specific project where they can see the project steps and progression. Files can be shared, and a multiway discussion started to move the project forward. This process enables all conversations to be kept in one place rather than scattered over lots of email or telephone calls. I have white labelled my Project.co and my clients are invited by email to join Project.co (white labelled) with their personal login and defined client area. Privacy for users both internal and external can be defined.

Pros

One of Project.co's many strong points is customer support. Executive from Project.co responds within hours or even immediately to a support question, and solves it. Project.co allows the steps of a project to be clearly defined, tasks created with status, and progress monitored, etc.. This is a customer-facing project management tool where both parties are informed as to project progress and steps. It adds that extra touch of professionalism to your business.

Cons

SAAS products are generally on a continual improvement process so I am looking forward to future developments and enhancements.

Using this for task and project management to keep convos together instead of all over my inbox.

Pros

I've tried them all - Asana, Trello, Click Up, Monday.... I can never find something I like, and certainly none I would review. But I've spent the evening setting up and messaged Matt - got a response within minutes! I'm loving how all documents and time tracking can be per client, and that I can view my boards any way I'd like. Very very excited I found this little gem!

Cons

Trying to navigate the task list within a task but I found it with an online video. I'm impressed so far.
