I thought it was complex and difficult to use. But with the help of their customer service team, they helped me get acquainted with the platform and now I am hooked! It has been a great time saver and has allowed us to reduce our stress levels significantly. Pros Value for money, easy to use, and more fixtures coming up. Pros So much more than project management! Not only can you track tasks and manage projects, Project.co can be used as a Client Portal for clients to upload documents, see status of tasks, collaborate with team members, and make payments. This is fantastic for my business, and just what I've been looking for! Cons I wish invoices could be generated before requesting payment. I wish it integrated with LawPay or GravityLegal. So - the experience is great. Although it looks simplistic it has a lot of features that work well for my team and clients. I love that I can setup internal and external users and track my discussion and tasks in a easy and convenient to find way. They provide a spot for clients to upload files so I can track them for a project. No more setting up Google drive shares or dropbox. I also like that I can setup payments and handle everything that I need from on app. I use my Project.co for my Web Design business but could be use for most any type of business. Project.co looks to be a much better option. Just got it a couple days ago, and putting it through its paces, but I think we have found the answer we needed! A big feature - clients can mostly interact by email, rather than learning all about a new tool. This is one of the nicest looking project management tools I have ever seen (and I can be picky with design) and the navigation of the platform just feels really nice and polished. It is also super easy to use and very intuitive. I like that it is not over-designed and tries to be as simple as possible. The features are all very well thought out. Pros I like the flexibility of project.co. You literally can include (embed) everything you need in one place in an organized way. Cons I haven’t discovered any cons as of yet. What won me over is that our clients can have their own dashboards. Understanding whats going on with their projects has eliminated anxiety for them. A few things I'd like to see improved or added:- Waveapps Invoicing integration - Figma, SEMRUSH, Integration - I'm not sure if this is how the software is supposed to be used. Im creating Projects as client and my teams dashboard. Then setting in tasks as "projects" if you may.Overall im here for the ride and will be using Project.co as our project management tool.
