We feel, as a team, that a facility for voice recording clips to transcribe the voice clip to text in the task management area would be beneficial for people with Dyslexia to aid their contribution to the team and improve the 'ease of use' of this great project software. I have to use project tools (asana, basecamp, trello) for various agencies I contract to and I often find them too complex/take time to organise when they are meant to save time. So project.co is good as I can set it up to be as simple or complex as I want it to be. The best part was the price, I thought I would get it as even if I use it for a few things, at this price it will be worth it. Cons I haven't been using the product long enough to have any serious hangups with it. I don't know what I don't know so I can't fault it yet. Along with this has been my need to keep much more organized in keeping track of my various tasks and processes. I have used Asana and Trello with on-and-off success but can't seem to find that sweet spot between too overwhelming or too basic for my needs with either of these. For me, Project.co is hitting the sweet spot that I couldn't quite find before. I'm finding the ease of use along with the great flexibility is really encouraging me to stay focused on what's important and keeping me organized. Pros It hits the sweet spot between too complex and too simple, along with it's ease of use. I find myself encouraged to use Project.co daily. Cons No mobile app although I think it's in development. I also think support is really good. In business, we tend to use tools because we have to or because it serves a function we need. This one actually compels you to want to use it due to its aesthetic and ease of use. Pros I really like the ease of use and support. It is really un-intimidating and that is so important for my clients who are not so tech savvy. Cons I want a lot and some of those things are not present but it isn't to say that it is a "con" of the tool itself. I wanted abilities to create contracts, send it off for e-signature and have those same contracts stored within the tool. Cons At this stage, I haven't come across anything that is missing or I need, but I'm looking for future integration into other cloud applications, i.e. shared drives etc. I can insert links, but it would be nice to see a quick selection and mapping process.
