Pros

An all-in-one that combines the virtues of project management tools like Asana and the ease of team communication from Slack

Cons

So far nothing. It will be great when they implement the new tools they're already working on: a gantt chart and enabling folders for the files

Have really enjoyed Projects.co- I’ve tried plenty project planners and really like the custom branding, custom domain and the simple layout. I can totally see us using this in our office as a way to keep everyone on track.

I suppose integrations could be fleshed out a bit more

Project.co has made it easier for me to keep projects moving and keep clients updated on what's been done and what's coming next with their new website.

Pros

It's great for keeping a team coordinated and on task. I use it for web development projects and it's easy to see where the project is throughout its life. Easily customized to meet any project and well organized in workflow.

Cons

The interface can be "busy" at times, and it's easy to click the wrong button, I've found. This doesn't hinder my use, it just makes me pay closer attention to mouse clicks.

So far so good!

Pros

This is an amazing product with full white-labeling capabilities. We were set up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. I love the fact that our clients can have their own portal... Looking forward to seeing the updates coming through!

Cons

So far we like everything about it... We don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

I use Project.co for both my personal projects and team projects. I chose Project.co because it allows me to use list and kanban view anytime, collaborate with my team. The key feature that attracted me at first was the Scheduler. Now, I can schedule my time better taking a look at my current tasks in a calendar layout. Also, I can manage my team's time better because I can see the blank time slots on the Scheduler, a great tool for most project managers.

Cons

Scheduler feature needs some improvement.

Pros

I came across Project.co only recently and it changed completely the way I manage projects with my team, it is incredible how easier is now to share information about the projects directly through the internal chat. We used to have different platforms and now we can deal with project management and communication in just one place!

Cons

At the moment it’s impossible to tag people on the group chat. They are working on this feature so I’m all exited about it, they are a great team

Pros

Project.co is really a powerful tool that makes it easy for my business to manage my projects. It was not confusing at all to discover all the different features, once you get started, it's very simple.

Cons

Additionally, maybe later on, an option for recurring invoices would be great for businesses who need to keep track of billing and expenses over time.

I've just started using Project.co and I'm enjoying it very much. It's very well polished, easy to use and focuses on the user experience, which makes it a so easy to get my clients onboard. The reply to email feature is my favorite as it gives my clients flexibility and convenience, while keeping things organized. This is really a solid tool and I appreciate all the work put into this!

Cons

Nothing at this point. Their support team is top-notch anyway.

The customer service! Everyone has their own experiences and will make their opinions accordingly...Let me just say, my experience has bee excellent! Bar none! All the help and the assistance I need! I suggest dealing with the support for on-boarding this product to make a simple and smooth transition! They aim to please!

Need to add subtasks along with dependencies of tasks to make this truly sufficient and viable platform!

We're a decentralzong global team looking for a platform that can bring in the diversity bof our projects and group efforts into an easily managed and coordinated space. We're just getting started, but already excited about the possibilities and ease of use!

Small add: but if it were possible to have an invite code (much like Slack) that could be used for new members to join - it would make adding new members much easier.

Cons

There's nothing that can be complained about this software. But a the addition of wysiwyg editor would be nice.

Pros

This is by far the easiest project management tool I"ve bought so far. It's pretty easy to set up and there are a lot of templates to choose from. I was able to create a lead-tracking system quickly. My favorite part is that I can invite clients to a project and they can see exactly where we are at on their project. It eliminates so much of the back and forth.

Cons

It would be nice if I could find an easier way to create task templates. As of right now, the only way I see to do that is by creating and then duplicating a task. The issue with that is then it shows up in your "to-dos".

Pros

I am a creative freelancer and have been using Trello. This is a nice alternative without limitations and I absolutely love the whitelabel and branding options.

Cons

The embed feature is quite nice, although I'd love to see an easier approach to some of the features like auto converting/embedding using URL.

Very good alternative to more famouse tools like Basecamp (mainly), Trello and Asana (they do only part of what Project.co does).It's worth the price for a lifetime deal.Let's support them!

Still some work to do to be as good as Basecamp, but on the right way!
