It keeps things simple and has allowed me to work with teams of outside people without them needing to learn some complicated new system.

Pros

This is fantastic when you have to work with external people on projects. The notes feature that allows you to all edit the document is great, and being able to create sections that only some people can access is very useful.

Cons

The sub tasks system is not very intuitive and needs some work.

Project.co It’s a wonderful management tool and I recommend every business should have it who are working with different internal team members as this gives a complete clear picture of the way tasks are moving in a company and also a better control and the clarity to entire team .

Pros

Ease of use and great simplicity to carry your task management build for businesses of. Any size

Cons

It’s at early stage they have few things in roadmap , few functionality features is missing

Pros

Thus far I've found project.co quite impressive. It's easy to set up and simple to use. Still, I find this software is well worth the investment which is saying a lot given that I'm very particular about the software I use (and recommend).

Cons

I will say that I'd love to see a Pabbly integration.

Security is upmost important for our company. Please implement 2FA and other security features.Nevertheless, great job Matt and really looking forward to start enjoying it more.

Pros

It has a great potential, but sometimes it feels slow. I would highly recommend to putting it behind CDN so that server have some breathing room. One big downside for me is lack of 2FA support. With so many data breaches every day, 2FA and YubiKey support is a must in 2022!

Cons

UI is pretty user friendly and I really like Postmark SMTP.
