EXCELLENT customer care, always friendly, helpful staff on call to assist when needed.

Nightsbridge provides an easy to understand management platform. Easy to use, good app interaction and I especially love all the tools and reports that help me with my monthly Books.
Cons
The only problem I have is having to move guests to other rooms without having to first cancel the booking and then re-book in another room.
It would be helpful to have a "drag and drop" function to move bookings around.
Did not get good support with Expedia problem. No one took ownership with problem and "kept passing the buck.
I don't like the feature where Nightsbridge issues invoices to clients 'on our behalf' that interferes with our numeric invoicing complicating our admin and control.

Overall: I love it, it is user-friendly, easy to learn / and teach.
Pros: It is affordable and because the company is South African base customer service is excellent and instant. No delay. They have custom-built certain aspects for us as a company to be able to have us as a client.
Cons: When they started cloud base, it was slow, however, we reported it and the issue got fixed quickly.

Overall: Nightsbridge system saves me time, is mobile, the cell app works during load sheddings and goes a long way to prevent any double bookings and being allowed to instandly send quotes and invoices speeds up our service which brings in more clients.
Pros: The new updated cloud version of Nightsbridge has taken into account many of the small time consuming hassles that crop up daily. So bookings, booking changes, mulit room bookings, invalid credit card , on line registration, reporting, invoicing, extras have all become touch of the button options with some good automated items. The end of month booking reports are also a great tool for bookkeeping and tracking payments and referral commisions. Once automated welcome and info packs are added it will be hard to fault this system for making day to day operations simply and obvius. The back up cient support is also superb and I have never called and not received patient guidance until the problem has been resolved.
Cons: Automated and cutomisable Welcome letters, info packs and Thank you for staying and requests for reviews would be the next big time saver. Automated Resending of on line check in if it is not completed before check in. Next to room bookings bookings for appointment type offerings, like parking, spa treatments or pottery classes - they should be customisable - at the momment I have added the parking as a room, its works as keeps track of the bays and which guest has booked but it messes with the analytics and room occupany rates.

Cons: Guests details which should be able to be deleted / made inactive especially when provisional bookings are made as it skews one's data base.Not being able to send a secure link for extras to be settled once the main account has been closed.

Overall: I would not be able to run a successful business if it was not for NB. Their customer services are also outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone in the industry.
Pros: NB gives us the opportunity to be "out there" . Always up to date on our rates and service description. With all the on-line sites out in the world, it is impossible to go an update each of them individually in a short space of time. Nightsbridge gives us the opportunity to make changes on the go and we are assured that it the same on all the sites.We have a instant overview on how or reservations are looking for the day/week/Month/Year and compare to previous years. Lots of analytics helps us to work on our services and rates on a daily basis.The fact that you can ad restrictions such as minimum stays, arrival and departure requirements gives us the opportunity to run our business the way we wish to.
Cons: There is nothing not to like about NB but space for a few additional functions:Please add a "reminder" function for individual bookings. What we would like to do is place a reminder for ourselves if we need to take action on a guest booking for example " final payment 7 days prior" and then we get a reminder 7 days prior to process payment for [sensitive content hidden]. Or if we need to place an order for flowers/cakes etc.A function to show what amount guests got as a discount (difference between rack rate and rate paid)A function to show the amount for commission paid.It would be nice if the reservation can show the guests nationality.A lot of people have different phone numbers to whatsapp numbers , include d line for phone number and Whatsapp number

Overall: I love NightsBridge and have had no issues using it.
Pros: NigtsBridge is very easy to use and whatever you need is easy to find and therefore you do not waste time trying to figure how to use it. Integration with our existing business process was easy and love that everything is linked to NightsBridge so I do not need to go into all the other websites Extranets unless I really have to. I check everything and do everything on Nightsbridge and am extremely happy with the product. I have used NightsBridge for 8 years and have recommended the product to people in the hospitality industry.
Cons: I have had no issues with NightsBridge in the 8 years of using it, very happy with NightsBridge.
