### "How to simplify your life"

If there is any dispute with a guest, there is always back up from Nightsbridge. With the paper trail, there cannot be mistakes.

Pros

I love the live calendar, this makes life really easy. I also like the notifications of bookings, and payments. Everything is at my fingertips. And it is so easy to consult with someone should you not manage on your own.

Cons

Nothing, it suits our business perfectly!

Pros

Ease of use and support always available should one struggle with a certain feature. When used properly double bookings wont occur.

Cons

When looking at the "booking summary", the total earned for a booking is shown. Feature does not show amount actually received by the establishment, less the commission taken by a certain web portal

Love Nightsbridge. Can't function without it. Staff always friendly and assist where they can.

Pros

Ease of use and control of everything. Hands on with booking and no chance for having a double booking for one room.

Cons

Did not get good support with Expedia problem. (No one took ownership with problem and "kept passing the buck"

Peace of mind when on the road wrt double bookings as Nightsbridge takes care of real online reservations

Pros

Superb customer service at all times, easy to use

Would be fantastic if I could have old stock removed, alternatively to have it in alphabetic order

We have Nightsbridge since about 15 years or so, no other products available then and would not consider now to look somewhere else

Hi Marion Thank you for your review. We love giving our properties the best customer support possible! You can remove old stock from your list by changing the active status on individual items from Yes to No; once you switch it to No, that item will no longer reflect on your Active stock list.

Best move I ever made, and since never looked back!

Real time booking system, no surprise. Very user friendly

Cons

Lately, the last implementations are too rigid in the sense that the establishment or end user can't add or remove anything, it's a set template. Like I've been advocating numerous times:1/ new implements should be introduced to end users first to get their feedback,2/ all templates must be changeable by the owner/end user,

I love NightsBridge and have had no issues using it.

Pros

NigtsBridge is very easy to use and whatever you need is easy to find and therefore you do not waste time trying to figure how to use it. Integration with our existing business process was easy and love that everything is linked to NightsBridge so I do not need to go into all the other websites Extranets unless I really have to. I check everything and do everything on Nightsbridge and am extremely happy with the product. I have used NightsBridge for 8 years and have recommended the product to people in the hospitality industry.

Cons

I have had no issues with NightsBridge in the 8 years of using it, very happy with NightsBridge.

Would not run my business without it.

Pros

The staff are really helpfull. Nothing is ever too much for them to assist, on the rare occasion that we do need to talk to someone. It assists me to manage my business efficiently.

Cons

Nothing not to like. I just dont have the time to explore all the possibilities that nightsbridge allows with regard to features.

The software does what it says.

Pros

Easy integration. It's great for records and reports, thereby analytics.

Cons

After contacting Nightsbridge repetitively about the misuse of Nightsbridge by a booking channel - the response is dismissive. In addition, suggestions are also dismissed - I only tried once. Every upgrade loses a function, ie drop down menu for payment source, and now my invoice template is gone. I list 2 establishments with Nightsbridge, and am about to add a third. One day, when I'm not so busy, I will look into what other options are out there. Initially, I felt valued and the service was EXCELLENT. Since lockdown, and home-based consultants, things have changed.

If you look at other property management systems you'll find that they usually charge a base fee and then you get charged to add on extras as you need them. In contrast, NightsBridge offers a simple, all-in-one solution combining a front-desk booking system, property management system, channel manager (linking to unlimited channels), phone application and direct booking engine in a package deal. On top of that, we include training, local support and automated online payments as a bonus. We don't charge setup fees or commissions on any of your bookings. Some functionality as far as reporting in the PMS side of the product needs improvement to make it suitable for larger properties. There is no better chanell manager on the market.

### "Bookings made easy"

Pros

It is impossible for me to run my guesthouse without Nightsbridge. It's available 24/7 on my phone anywhere I go, even while on overseas holidays I am able to run my business in South Africa. It updates all new bookings immediately so no change of double bookings. I started using it since we opened our guesthouse 6 years ago - best decision ever. It was easy to integrate with existing business processes and the Nightsbridge team is also super helpful should one require assistance.

Cons

A great product to use, would definitely recommend it.

EXCELLENT customer care, always friendly, helpful staff on call to assist when needed. I love th call back feature which is a plus. I have enjoyed Nightsbridge and there gatherings, where we learn so much and its always well organised. I am a very happy customer

I would like a option to capture or for Guests to upload a photo of their ID with the bookings and to have an arrival time slot that has to be filled in on booking as mandatory for the booking to be createdIf a room is changed to another room i think it should keep its settings ie: bed & breakfast might change to manual rates or something else it gets confusing

All my problems! Would not be able to run a smooth working entity without Nightsbridge

Pros

It is a one-stop facility that covers my whole business. I can book and unbook on my Calander, change rooms and rates, put on promotions, basically do everything I need to keep everything 100%

Cons

As I do not have much time on hand, it sometimes takes a while to go through a stack of new information.

Very good

Pros

The Software is easy to use a very user friendly all nightsbridge staff are so helpful

Cons

The accounting system needs improving, we have considered changing from nightsbridge to get better accounting the system doesn't follow through with one reference it uses a few different ones on different reports, I try to use the booking ID but on some reports you have to use the account ID, so its a few too many references when cross checking payments, the payment report would also be great if it would show names of the booking and dates etc so if there is confusion we dont have to open the entire reservation.

Reason for choosing NightsBridge

Semper works with nights bridge though but they will only be the channel manager not your daily booking calendar, this was purely for accounting info and the fact you can attach paperwork to the reservation i.e travel agent vouchers - we are still considering using semper

Links manager - so many options!One stop bookings - I can book guests from anywhere anytime No more double bookings

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike- I have been a Nightsbridge customer for many years now and very happy with all aspects of their product

The other products were very expensive and very complex, and not South African businesses.
