Pros

simple to use and can do everything, from making sure all my bookings are secure to invoicing

Cons

unless I've missede it, but I'd add a discount area, incase we offered a guest a discount, in Rand value or %

They have thought of every possible operational function needed for an online booking platform before I even though of needing it.

Pros

Ease of use and accuracy. Excellent online tutorials on usage of the system.

Cons

I have not found any aspect that was in any way unsatisfactory and therefore have not found anything that is a negative. So no Cons.

There is nothing as it is THE system to use in Hospitality

Pros

Excellent customer service. Easy to use. Continually updating product. Have used Nightsbridge since 2006 and although we have evaluated other PMS's over the years, Nightsbridge continues to be best value for money.

Cons

There is nothing at the moment that we dislike about Nightsbridge.

The online check in doc can not be modified and edited to have the property details on the document.

Pros

Easy to use and has everything I need. Calander works excellent.

Cons

Better support when it comes to problems with Expedia or Bookings.com (which I pay for)

I like NightsBridge for the fact that you can list multiple rooms/facilities and manage all from 1 screen.

I have a booking system called Semper - which interacts with Nightsbridge for my online bookings.

Pros

So effective for Online bookings from so many options of different companies

Cons

We are a very small guest lodge with 7 suites and this is just the perfect set up for me and Semper

### "Major flaw in user management"

Good but, the limitations described above prevent me from allowing other staff to have real-time access to booking information that would be a really useful tool.

Ease of use Integration with various platforms

I cannot give "view-only" access to my staff without risking them accidentally changing bookings as the mobile app does not distinguish any user rights assigned. IE, a user setup with view-only rights on the website can use the same credentials on the mobile app and then has full rights to add bookings and delete bookings, change rates etc. Nightsbridge support has been aware of this gaping hole in their system security for more than a year and has not prioritised any fix. Even if you do not use the mobile app in your standard processes, any staff can download the app and use their same website login credentials and change anything!

Nightsbridge helps with alleviating double bookings, accounting, templates, and much more. Great overall experience.

Pros

Nightsbridge provides an easy to understand management platform. Easy to use, good app interaction and I especially love all the tools and reports that help me with my monthly Books. Good personal backup from staff telephonically.

Cons

I find the season set up a bit tedious, having to set up all the dates for two years in advance...

Reason for choosing NightsBridge

Nightsbridge was recommended to me and I didn't check out the competition as wasn't really aware of it.
