Can keep a register of bookings and keep track of what is going on with the bookings.

Pros

Easy online bookings and assistance with credit card facilities

Cons

Don't make use of the full facility but what I use is comfortable for me

### "Without Nightsbridge I would really struggle"

Eliminates double bookings. Helps control my calendars. Notes that I write for my staff when they check in guests.

Pros

Nightsbridge has really made my running of my guest houses way easier. The functionality is amazing and the support is perfect.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about Nightsbridge.

What a professional, very helpful, very friendly & very patient bunch of people ! We were very new to this industry when we started and with the help of Nightsbridge and their staff, we easily got on top of things and are now very much in control of things. We simply cannot go without Nightsbridge. Amazing product !

Pros

Very user friendly and really helps manage our business to the T. We simply cannot try and manage manually what this does for you.

Cons

Would just like to have the synchronising on our Cellphones, as I have to carry my laptop with me wherever I go, to synchronise.

It is easy to keep track of bookings / payments etc and there are less fraudlent attempts of people booking using bogus credit cards

Pros

Its simple and easy to use and keep track of things

Cons

The client payment reference no. needs to correlate with the booking ref number to make it easier to track payments

The staff at Nightsbridge have always been extremely helpful and they even gave us a payment Holiday during the Covid lockdown !!! No other company did the same for us. Thank you Nightsbridge.

Pros

The best feature is being able to upload availability and rates to all of our booking platforms with just a few clicks. The tutorials make it so easy to educate me on all the features of the product.

Cons

Can't say there are any. All the features are so easy to use.

Pros

I like the compatibility with all my devices. I like the speed with which changes are affected across the board. The layout is easy, at a glance you can see what's going on. The back-up is next level excellent.

Cons

The tutorials are not my favourite, as I am old school (old lady) who likes one-on-one hands-on training, which I understand is not always possible. Some of the features are not easy to find if you are new to the system, however the back-up service provided by NightsBridge has been amazing.
