Freelancer Telecommunications Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The Gateway for Music Customization and Curation" February 18, 2021 5.0 Overall, the interface is user-friendly. Online and offline listening can be done. The downloaded files can even be edited with a simple Mp3Tag app. This is for users who'd like to customize the metadata and organize their music library. Because some platforms lock the editing capability of the downloaded music file, this nifty app is a great choice for obsessive compulsive like me. Pros Although, the concept of cloud and syncing music to other devices is not new anymore, I find this interesting because of the fact that you can be at the two ends of the spectrum in the music world - the avid fan listener or the artist promoting the music. What's more interesting is in a way, you can become a critic by only allowing the songs that you really like to be included (or the correct term would be curated) on your playlist. And in this way, your followers can listen to only the songs you've sifted thru according to your 'strict' preference. This is a very good way to promote an artist to get more listen time from potential fans. I like the curation setup as it is also not new since media platforms like MySpace, Deezer, and Slicethepie offer similar setup. But the latter allows you to write a review about the music you heard and gives you a small incentive for it. Music Gateway, on the other hand, gives you a bigger incentive but the requirements to qualify is very high in terms of number of followers in your playlist. Cons It would be awesome to have some sort of migration of data capability, although the cloud backup is there to take care of that but it would still be a nifty tool to use if added. This website offers a lot of options for musicians like myself. Even a listener. I would highly recommend this site! Pros The categories for any music artists, creators, composers, music listeners who browse through the categories on the site is the most impactful for me. Because it gives different options how to use the site for the specific music person. Yes the integration with my music business is easy to navigate. Because the site is straight forward. If you restrict your collection solely to the music you truly enjoy, you may assume the reviewer's role. Cons I'm hoping the several vocalists will be out of tune with one another. They do provide a free trial, however it is only valid for 14 days. If you wish to keep using them after the free trial has ended, you can select one of their three subscription plans. With the exception of artist consultation and promotion services, all of their services are bundled in a single membership. but I have not had the time to try this site in full just yet but I have had some good feed back form some friends Cons the free trial should be at lest 1 month so you can get a feel for the site and maybe chat to other users as most of my time in taken up making music Review Source MA Miguel A.
