We are able to supply new employees and contractors with a personalised site induction for both H&S and quality. The certifcates are downloaded and stored on the system along with the persons picture - whihc was a newly adedd feature this year. Good communications with the point of contact for this system. Always very helpful and have a good response rate. Pros The system is easy to use, easily accessible and user friendly. A number of our customers use it now which is brilliant. Pros The colour coding and alerts within the system are very helpful. It saves us huge amounts of time by uploading documents once rather than emailing lots of documents to our client before each job. It is useful during EHS audits as all information is located centrally and reports are easy to run. Pros Software was User Friendly from day one.Simple to use and Support was always ,and continues to be,available. Cons Everything is positive in relation to the Software.The only issue we had was at our own IT end where our own Security protocols and Firewalls made it difficult to access the Software.Support was always available to circumvent this issue. The ease of use and the fact that everything is under one one system. We are also using the Training Portal with this company and its a great compliment. Currently trialing for free Induction Training along with Permit to Work system, altogether they are great along with being standalones. The regular email to say that a cert or insurance is about to expiry is great when you are busy. We are currently just using the sytem approx. 6 months so no doubt when we have everyone up and running we will see more benefits. Cons Feedback from our contractors questioning whether this is legit or not, perhaps it needs to be made clearer to them when they are contacted by the Contractor Portal on our behalf. Cons No major flaws with this system, As a site we found some contractors not engaging with the portal quickly enough.
