Very poor customer support. They are unavailable . They charge a hefty price for a weak system and poor customer service.

Pros

The potential information it offers. This is a perfect example. Your system is so non-user friendly, this paragraph was unacceptable until I wrote more.

Cons

The log in system keeps reverting back to an old id and won't fix after multiple requests

I think it is vital to being prepared for meetings with new companies and gaining necessary baseline information beforehand.

Pros

I like how well laid out the platform is for viewing important info. It also is great for finding info on companies that you otherwise can not find elsewhere.

Cons

I don't like that it sometimes feels clunky when trying to do an advanced search. This is hard because not all companies are easily found especially if they go under a different entity name.
