Very positive - I will use them forever

Pros

I like that I just have to click every single person I want to admit into the group, then it uploads them into my various email software, sends them a message over FB, tags them in a post AND admits them into the group. It is effortless. It saves me SO much time and then I don't have to pay staff members to do it where they may copy the email incorrectly, forget to the add the tags I want, etc; this removes ALL the human error I would also be paying for.

Cons

Sometimes I have to refresh the page for the extension to populate but I mean that is like a 2 second fix.

Group Leads is a small browser plugin which lets you easily grab and import the e-mail addresses from your Facebook group members as long as they've provided it. You can either manually import it or do this on autopilot.

Pros

Easy configuration, affordable price, works like a breeze, many integration options, fast support response times Overall, it is an easy-to-use plugin which is highly effective

Cons

Sometimes, support issues took a lot of back and forth. There was also a smaller problem with support couldn't solve which was only solved with a new browser release update.

Cons

the software was intermittent and I didn't fully understand how it worked all the time. Installation was also cumbersome.

This is a convenient software for collecting leads through Facebook and getting them right into the right list without any other program zapping them over.

Pros

I love that it's so easy to use, and the best thing of all is that I don't need Zapier to connect it to my list.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about it. It's awesome. Great customer service and features.

Group Convert relies on Zapier, and it was driving me absolutely NUTS! If I changed one word in one of the questions, I had to change the whole Zap-thing. It was a pain.

i love the referal system if i could refer more then i might get lifetime free access . i am excited to use it daily because i ammanging more than 150+ facebook groups

Pros

I like the Customer Support even at trial periods which is motivating us to become paid user . And the Creator "Jamul" commitment towards launching new features time to time .

Cons

This software didnt providing Support or any free Licences to NGO (Non Profit Organization) and at this Covid-19 Crisis it should offer more free trial periods at least 30days to 45 days which will enhance its User level from 2k to 10k rapidly .

It has helped me tremendously with keeping track of members in my Facebook group - not only for signup and email capture, but to follow up with each one better.

Pros

I love that (unlike other software of this type) I didn't have to sign up with yet another software to use this - i.e. no Zapier needed! It's also less expensive, AND there's a lifetime membership option which makes cost even better! Not only that, the developer has been super responsive and helpful any time I've had a question. 10/10 would buy again!

Cons

I think it would be helpful to know upfront that it uses your Google sync account. I had issues getting it going and the developer walked me through having to sign in and sync my Chrome browser. That wasn't hard, just unclear at the beginning that it was a necessary step.

Reason for choosing Group Leads

For the same reasons given in my review - No Zap required, lower start up cost, and the lifetime option vs paying monthly.

Easy to use, get a ton of leads, and save time not having to manually input every single person that joins your group

Pros

I love the ease of use. Install was a breeze. The software itself took no time to learn and the ability to connect with my autoresponder is excellent! They are always coming up with new features which makes the value of the software go up every time. And the price for the time it saves is great.

Cons

So far so good. I haven't seen anything so far that would make me want to discontinue the service.

It's been incredible. I love their affiliate program and refer Group Leads to each and every one of my clients so they can check it out for their business, too. Stellar customer service.

Pros

The integration following the step-by-step tutorial was a breeze. It has also never failed to work, which I'm super impressed by! My group is growing fast. The time it has saved me and my VA from manually inputting the information as new members come in is priceless.

Cons

I think it would be a cool feature to highlight the email addresses that aren't in proper format indicating to me that I need to modify those by hand so they get added to my email service provider.

Group Leads has definitely helped us build our email list from our Facebook group. Not everyone answers the joining questions with their email, but most do and this has helped greatly. It is automatic and totally hands-free for the most part which has definitely made our life easier. It really does do exactly as it states.

Pros

The instructions to set up were very easy to follow, and I had help direct from the developer when I needed it. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did not hesitate to jump on a skype call with me and screen share so we could pinpoint the issue. Turns out it was not an issue wt the software, but that I have multiple Google accounts and was synced with the wrong one. Overall the customer service is second to none and the software itself has been great.

Cons

I have multiple Google accounts so sometimes it has to go through a whole process of logging into the right Google account to make Group Leads work. Sometimes it is also logged out so I have to go into the extension to turn it back on. My sister has had issues getting it to work with our Facebook group and it has been difficult to pinpoint the actual issue.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. It links to my CRM and adds the questions I have in my facebook group to the contacts it collects - which then triggers my welcome email. Easy - there's nothing I need to do, it's all automated :)

Cons

I'm not sure how easy it is to set up and link to my CRM, as somebody did it for me.

I love this product and recommend it to everyone who manages a Facebook Group.

Pros

Oh my, there is so much. The ability to save people's answers when they join my group on a spreadsheet and instantly upload their email in my auto-responder is a complete time-saver. But they have so many other features. The auto-approve offers more flexibility then Facebook can, they just added a feature to send a personalized welcome email to people who join the group... There is so much good about Group Leads. Everyone who manages a Facebook group needs this extension. Period.

Cons

The only downside I could find was that I some functionalities are not possible to be used with Brave browser at the moment, but this is not necessarily Group Lead's fault... Aside from that tiny little thing which has an easy work-around, everything is amazing.

It was easy to setup, attractive price, and exactly what I needed

Cons

It went down for an unknown reason. My VA was frustrated with Tech Support. Company missed out on capturing at least 2 weeks of email subscribers.

Reason for choosing Group Leads

My VA recommended group leads for ease of use based on reviews. Lucky we had a backup to capture emails. But with increasing volume I need a reliable product. I would have given it 5 stars but the lack of response and the fact it took 2 weeks to resolve was disappointing. That’s the only reason. Customer service is key for this type of product.
