July 26, 2022 5.0 Customer service has always been prompt and incredibly kind. The product works as expected and is a tremendous value to my ability to run my business on my own. Pros Time saving and easy which means I actually can do something with my email list. Cons I dislike that there are not more attempts to collect if first payment fails due to banking timelines taking 3-5 business days to complete incoming payments 1 day to resolve is not enough time. I also usually have to contact customer service to get things set back up vs easily being able to resolve this myself. It makes things extremely convenient as before I would have to copy and paste email addresses to my mailing list software. Though I don't use it, you can send welcome notes or a rejection explanation to each new member. Group Leads is constantly updated and the developer informs us of updates beforehand. A definite positive and no-brainer investment if you have a Facebook Group. Pros You can set it and forget it with this software. Setting it up was super easy and the integration was seamless. I chose Group Leads initially because the is no need for Zapier or another "connection" tool. It connects directly with my email provider which is so great! I drive dozens of new email sign-ups per day through Facebook, and the process is almost entirely automated. (An admin does manually approve new group members.) They're inside ActiveCampaign immediately, and it's been a great way to add another touch point and potentially get people off Facebook and deeper into my ecosystem. Pros Its a great software to capture leads and send them directly to the website list using in-built Auto Responders. The software works great with new Facebook layout as well which tells how responsive the development team is in making changes to their system. I highly recommend this to everyone. One of the best in the industry for sure. We should not let our FB group leads go waste if their is already a solution in place for this. Group Leads even have a cloud based panel as well to store all the data and export it anytime rather than locating things in Google Sheets only. Cons Nothing as such I can see. April 8, 2020 5.0 Fully automate capturing my email leads through facebook groups for ever - what is not to like about this! Pros I've always wanted to drag information out of facebook but found it too difficult, time consuming and bitty. Group Leads allows me to focus on my group whilst going through a one-off setup to automate capturing new leaders for ever! I found the initial set-up a little slow going but using the excellent help guides figured it out and my short term pain has led me to long term nirvana! I really like the auto-accept feature which means that I don't have to keep checking Facebook but instead the software does it for me. But for me the most important feature is the connection in with google sheets to capture my leads that I then zap over to my CRM. I'm planning on really growing my group massively this year and this software will save me hours of time - so thanks guy great piece of software. Cons Took me a little while to get how it all worked, setting it up and connecting it in. But again help guides really allowed me to do this quickly. Once that was identified the tool was operational. Pros The software is simple and offers the basic to meet the needs of capturing the answers to the questions people asking when they join a group. Some of the tools out there have so many features they are hard to use. This extension does exactly what is says in a very easy way. I was able to get it installed and operating in less than 30 minutes! Cons I was a bit confused about how the enable/disabled buttons works at first, It was not clear at first, but once I watched a video I understood. Previously, I had to manually add them to my email list now I just make sure the plug in is connected and I'm on Chrome and it's all done for me. Well worth the money.
