### "GroupLeads for Facebook Group"

There are quite a few similar softwares on the market but I chose GroupLeads for price, ease of use and overall above and beyond service. It has been a great tool for growing my Facebook group and I wouldn't use any other.

Pros

I enjoy the automation and ease of collecting question information and adding it to my Google Sheets. Also the price is amazing.

Cons

Outside of the occasional downtime due to Facebook or Chrome updates, the software works perfectly.

Pros

I found this easy to set up, for the most part. There was one part where I got stuck - connecting it to Google Sheets - but I sent an email to the developer and within an hour or two he had emailed me back, set up a Zoom session, and walked me through the setup process. Talk about good customer service! Since then it's been a breeze and has let me collect over 600 emails and priceless customer data.

Cons

The one thing I don't like is that periodically it requires me to log in again, for no apparent reason. Also, "Decline and send message" isn't an option with Group Leads - it would be nice if I could do that. While you \*can\* use it to auto-integrate with your email autoresponder (I use ActiveCampaign), I've found that my users at least are apt to enter other things than their email addresses into the email address form, so I don't find that integration all that useful. I have someone clean up the sheet and do that import manually once a day. It doesn't take much time.

Group leads allows me to approve members into my group and send them a welcome message. It also automatically puts them into my autoresponder and a google sheet. It saves me from doing all of these tasks to keep track of my leads.

Pros

The customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help me with their product. I love how the product works. I have had no trouble with it. It just runs!

Cons

There isn't really anything I dislike about Group Leads. It just works.

Group leads did not require Zapier.

Meta's native group tool is useless when it comes to saving information. Other solutions are complex or require Zapier. GroupLeads solves all the problems with a single click.

Cons

Nothing. It's great, although it has moved to annual billing (I am on the old lifetime plan)

Cons

Customer service is non-existent for a company based outside of the US. The software sometimes disconnects from Google Sheets.

Fantasic!

Pros

I LOVE sending welcome PMs with GroupLeads—this ensures I message every single contact in my Facebook Group! And even better — you can use a shortcode to embed the person's name in your message!

Cons

A more clear setup video tutorial would have been helpful. Occasional updates can be confusing, but GL is good about letting us know in the FB group.

Getting in touch with customer service was a long, incredibly frustrating experience.

Pros

I wish I knew. I paid for it, struggled with getting support to answer me (long enough for my free trial to run out and start getting charged money) and in the end, Group Leads never worked. I am a tech saavy person and even support couldn't get it to work for me and refunded my money.

Cons

I was pretty upset that it didn't work. I didn't like how everything that sold me on Group Leads I didn't get.

Reason for choosing Group Leads

I didn't. I got a refund and now happily use a competitor.

I'm very happy. Saves me 5 minutes per lead, and I can get hundreds of leads in a day, and that will be thousands in the very near future.

Pros

This product saves you so much time. I click on a button and 300 people's data were transferred to a spreadsheet in 5 minutes. The customer service is excellent.

Cons

Sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall the software, multiple times per day, to get it to work. But this happens once a week, or once every other week. You don't lose any data from leads; but it is still a great product.

Amazing overall experience and would nor switch to anything else. Best investment ever.

Pros

This makes the entire process of generating leads and growing your email address from your group fully automated. You set up once and never have to worry about it again.

Cons

Unfortunately, this only works on computer (it's a chrome extension so it makes sense) it would be nice to be able to use it on the phone but this is not a downside really. In my honest opinion, I think this extension is perfect.

I am still very new but I am almost certain that it gives me my time back to concentrate on other pressing matters in growing my business.

Pros

I have just joined this family and look forward to learning as I grow my business. The time I reclaim from having to approve every single new member is my biggest appreciation for this product. In addition, having all the information captured outside of Facebook is a wonderful bonus. Now I can focus on creating content to save my members well.

Cons

The area that might need improvement is the need to streamline the signing up process. One license could not be recognized so I signed up 2 additional times. I ended up with two separate licenses to test out in the hopes one would be recognized. I was able to get help through my zoom call and had the additional sign-ups canceled to avoid triple payments.

I contacted customer support. Getting back to me was not reasonable. The person did not show up to Zoom call to resolve my issue.

Pros

Uploading Member Information worked. However, the app took over my site and I could not access it unless I disabled it completely. Now I can't use it.

Cons

No control over my Facebook group. Unable to program easily.

1st let me start by saying that the customer service is excellent! Anytime there has been the slightest hit of an issue, the team is always available to help. The application itself was easy to set up and easy to use Way more valuable than the price!

I wish the software added a function to continue auto leads after a member enters the community.

Pros

Its the only tool I have found that automatically captures email addresses and answers to questions from people who join our Facebook group and imports them into our CRM system.

Cons

The tool took a while to set up as we needed to add a new chrome extension and link it manually to our CRM system and Google sheets.

I could not find any alternative products to do this task.

It's so easy to use, and it offers an extremely unique functionality that makes a huge (easy) difference for lead gen/capture. More impressively is the customer support. If I've ever had a problem, the response time is quick and personalized. So great.

Cons

There's nothing actually that I don't like about the software! Only that I have to log back in every so often which is a two-part process.

Pros

Easy to use and the price is right! Better than alternatives on the market. Definitely great for the group admin who is just getting started. Seriously no one should be wasting time copying and pasting answers to the questions when new members join.

Cons

It's important to have your license key handy because every time they do an upgrade, it tends to reset the license key. Also you can add to email software, but you can't automatically tag someone in that software. So for Mailchimp users who rely on one list with tag identification, it's not the best. But it works overall

Pros

There is no problem of contraction and freezing, it facilitates communication with the auxiliary tools inside, and the price is also affordable.

Voices can be mixed when two people are talking at the same time.
