It's rare that a "solution" exceeds my expectations, but Group Leads is the exception.

Pros

Group Leads is the answer to wasting your time cutting and pasting the responses to the questions you collect from your Facebook Group request!! Even paying a VA would cost me more than the monthly subscription. Not only is the chrome extension amazing, the owner goes above and beyond with this customer service AND is also constantly adding new features. I will be a Group Leads user forever!

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about this software.

It fills a gap that no other software does. It took less than 30 mins to set up and now saves me at least 2 hours per week. Without me having to do anything further it accepts or declines members applying to my facebook group (based on my parameters), captures the answers to their questions, and sends their email address to my funnel in New Zenler. All without Zapier!

Pros

Its easy to set up, the videos walk through any tricky parts and the developers have been fantastic adding integration with New Zenler on request.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dont like yet.

the company has been super. The best responses that I have had from a company in years.

Pros

I appreciate that I have been able to automate something that will make a tremendous difference in my work load daily. and I love that I have the option to have 2 separate collection points of my new group members, great for data mining.

Cons

It took me several attempts to understand when the extension was live and automating. That was a little stressful, thinking I was 'live' when it wasn't collecting and importing data.

I like how easily Group Leads connects to my CRM software and captures my Facebook leads at the click of a button seamlessly importing them into my lead nurturing system.

Cons

Sometimes the chrome app glitches, but I don't lose leads and it's easy to troubleshoot.

Great support, very quick response rate.

Pros

The email support to get started. Ease of use and functionality.

Cons

Not automated with Infusionsoft which meant I had to use another software Zapier to make it fully automated. I already had a pro Zapier to work with Infusionsoft so it wasn't about buying extra product, just and extra step was needed.

Because of the support, functionality, ease of set up, price but mainly support.

Great plug-in, does what it promises to do. An absolute recommendation!

Pros

I LOVE the feature that let's me automatically FB review group requests, without me having to do do anything. My new contacts are added to the group, my email list grow simultaneously and all while this costs me 0% in time. Best discovery of the year!

Cons

It was a bit of a search to get it up and running, but once it runs, it runs like clock work.

I like the possibility for the 1st time to collect leads of those members that allowed it.

Pros

\+ automatic new members approvals + collecting leads (their mails)

Cons

\- that it has to run all the groups in my working browser after some period of time according to my setup, to do all the actions (I would prefer it could do it in the non-active browser's window or in some other non-intrusive way)

I like how it automatically helps me add emails to my email list as long as people fill in their email in the questions.

Cons

It does not work all the time. Sometimes the app is down for unknown reasons and I can't seem to find a way to fix it, but to wait it out.

Compared to its competitors which I've also tried, it seems like GroupLeads is the most mature and has the most number of integrations.

Cons

I don't think I saw the options to add tags to my integration of choice, but not a big deal.

Pros

Easy to use. Straight to the point. No need to have difficulties in installing the software.

Cons

Sometime whenever I click the Approve All Button to generate the Leads to Excel. It dissappeared. No Leads was downloaded. It occured 3 times in 1 week.

Cons

for some reason ever since i installed the software it takes over my chome and keeps opening tabs to the fb group.. i think there is a bug

seriously, if you are not IT savvy.... this is absolutely not a problem. I emailed them my problem and they replied in less than 5 min. The support team is really amazing !

Group Leads has been beneficial in allowing us to "track" new members of our Facebook groups; helping the entirety of the business.

Pros

This software was easy to install and set up! Very user friendly.

Cons

There was 1 issue that I encountered with this software; when Facebook upgraded, the software did not update to accept this change. However, when I sent a customer service request, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was extremely helpful and had the issue resolved in minutes.
