Customer Service is excellent! Love that the product accomplishes what I need.

Pros

After working hard to launch a FB group, I discovered I had lost all the details from over 500 people because the info is lost once you approve a member. I assumed that FB kept them. Thanks to Group Leads, I can now save all info I need.

Cons

Set up confusing but...customer service walked me through.

Pros

It help you accept new group member automatically if they meet your set criteria. What I like most about this product is the you can grab all new user details at a go. You don't need to copy and paste user new email. Also, it saves a lot of time and give you time to focus on other things. It also makes managing group user easier.

Cons

The pricing only. And the graphics needs some improvement

Great experience overall!

Pros

Simple to use! You don’t need zapier to get it to work and the support is responsive and timely!

Cons

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the software overall. Building a group from scratch is time consuming
