This is a joke

Price is half of keep truckin. So tried

Cons

1.This unit connected by blue tooth easy to disconnect, 2. when cross the border have to change the rule to entering country, driver can not change that, even though changed by fleet manager that rules effected to past time and change to violations. 3.lost an ID and password after log out for a week, they said had an issue on cloud so used paper logbook

I would love to have customer service agents that actually answered the phone when i call with small issues and that they were based in the US. - usually i have to leave a message and someone will call me back; but if im very specific with my issue in the message they will fix it and reply with an email.

Pros

I like that it does what it’s supposed to and that i got the promotion where it included IFTA tracking/reporting for the promotional price

Cons

Everything seems fine; Just a little different layout than i was used to from another company that was using one of the Bigger names.

This ELD was easy to use and not expensive .

Easy to order, easy to install, good solution to comply with regulatory requirements.

Pros

Matrack - and its Canadian brand Apollo - are a solid competitor for ELd services in Canada, where the rest if the playong field is dominated by slow and expensive incumbents.

Cons

The customer service still assumes that we operate in the US and promotoes features to us that don't work in Canada, such as a fuel card.

For the most part we are happy with the ELD. It is an awesome device as long as your drivers remember to log out daily.

Pros

We love that we can track our trucks when they are out on deliveries and that they are able to do their daily logs and inspections right on the app.

Cons

We do not like that if a driver does not log out of the application on a daily basis it will not work properly and puts them into violations then I have to call the company to get them to fix their logs. This is extra work for me which is something that should not need to be done.
