I have worked with lots of suppliers in this space and the support, advice and guidance given by HF is second to none. We have an allocated individual who works with us to integrate the Hub into our Learning engagement strategy and ensure that we get the best use out of the software. The ease of being able to sign in on your mobile or on your laptop when it is suitable for the learner is great and the fact that many different content formats can be used to promote learning is also helpful. We are able to use this as our learning and development training repository and build on this for our future leaders. Cons An area of improvement would be to be able to curate the content into more suitable libraries for each organisation rather than just have a big listing of topics. Some users find this confusing. It would also be good to have a pre-onboarding tool or offering. The Admin access and views could be improved so that Admin viewers can select which view they have in The Hub rather than viewing everything that is available at once.
