Sistema atendeu as expectativas considerando seu preço, acredito que seja um dos melhores custo-benefício no mercado hoje, principalmente para empresas brasileiras.

Pros

O atendimento ao cliente é muito bom, possui um preço bastante atrativo e o sistema é bem amigável.Sistema excelente para empresas de pequeno/médio porte.

Cons

A importação de informações no sistema via CSV é extremamente falha e nada inteligente. Não utiliza o ID como parâmetro de duplicidade, mas sim o título (o que pode levar a erros em caso de títulos alterados ou duplicados), além de não ser bem explicado a dinâmica com relação ao funil e etapa no processo de importação.

Pros

Recursos alinhados com a prática de mercado, facilidade no uso, suporte rápido e integrações com calendários e whatsapp, são alguns dos pontos fortes que destaco.

Cons

Seria muito bom se houvesse integração com o ERP.

Minha experiência foi muito tranquila desde a implantação.O sistema é bastante intuitivo e se bem explorado, tem diversas aplicações para melhorar a organização e os controles da área de Vendas, Onboarding e pós vendas.Para a Sispro foi muito produtivo ter o CRM da Pipe, melhoramos muitos processos e seguimos expandindo o uso do sistema.

Pros

Vejo que a principal qualidade é a simplicidade, pois é fácil e intuitivo usar o Piperun.A Central de Ajuda é um recurso fundamental, que permite ao usuário pesquisar formas de implementar suas necessidades de forma independente.De modo geral o sistema é voltado ao usuário, sempre com instrutivos para facilitar a operação.Outro ponto forte são os recursos de personalização, os campos e formulários customizados.

Cons

Sinto falta de mais critérios nos gatilhos das ações automáticas. É um recurso poderoso que gostaria de explorar melhor, mas faltam opções para atender o meu processo.Também gostaria que fosse possível duplicar o cadastro de modelos de documentos, bem como alterar de forma simultânea páginas que sejam comuns a diferentes modelos. Hoje é preciso alterar um por um. Há, também gostaria que na configuração existisse uma forma de visualizar o documento completo e não individualmente página por página como hoje é feito.Também não gosto do fato de não existir uma forma nativa de exportar os dados cadastrados nas Listas de dados, é preciso desenvolver uma integração via API para isso.

Muito boa. Caso não fosse o CRM, não conseguiríamos gerenciar todo nosso fluxo de trabalho.

Pros

O sistema é bastante útil por conseguirmos adaptarmos a ferramenta para a nossa necessidade... não somos bem uma empresa de venda de produtos B2B ou B2C.

Cons

Bug. Sistema de filtros. Funções de adaptabilidade do sistema a minha necessidade.

O histórico da negociação e o mapeamento dos dados produzidos pelo time comercial é de suma importância para avaliar gargalos da operação. Dados de fluxo de trabalho prontamente mapeado nos ajuda a acompanhar a performance do time.

Há algumas limitações na exportação das informações, principalmente ao usar integrações (Voips, por exemplo)

Com essa ferramenta, efetivamente, conseguimos registrar toda a jornada do cliente de ponta a ponta e tomar as melhores decisões para converter em venda. Além de estocarmos e nutrir informações sobre cada cliente registrado em algum dos nossos canais.

Cons

Gosto como o Piperun é prático e intuitivo com suas funcionalidades. Não tem segredo sobre seu controle, além disso disponibilizam treinamentos mensais com o suporte para tirar eventualmente dúvidas e novidades sobre o software
