O Profiler é a riqueza da Solides. Seu teste é riquíssimo de informações, um dos melhores do mercado. O match de competências também, só valoriza a plataforma.

Cons

O ponto fraco é parte de analytics. Pode melhorar muito no desenvolvimento de relatórios de dados.Outro ponto é a forma de realização do teste. Pode ser um pouco confuso para pessoas operacionais.

Experiência média, eu acredito que a plataforma seja boa para processos de gestão de pessoas, mas para recrutamento e seleçã ainda tem pontos a desenvolver

Pros

Uma plataforma com boas funcionalidades. Os relatórios comportamentais são incríveis e facilitam muito na analise de perfil. Ela é bem voltada para empresas maiores e que precisam realizar gestão de pessoal, tem funcionalidades ótimas

Cons

A plataforma é lenta e tem processos burocráticos, dificulta na hora de realizar a avaliação de currículos pela lentidão
