Pros: To have all documents in one place. Never have a doubt if you are working with the latest version.

Pros: No more searching for qualitiy documents at several places. Everything is at hand at one central place in the latest version. I love making notes in the software for the document author to improve documents easily.
Cons: At times it can be tricky to find documents. It is important that the administrator\author selects the right search terms for documents.
