We run a restaurant franchise in South India and needed a centralized solution to handle reviews, keyword ranking, and store listings. Famepilot delivered. The platform sends on time alerts for new reviews and helps us auto-reply using templates and AI feature that feels human. Their QR-based feedback collection also boosted positive reviews by 3X! Famepilot gives good value for money.

Pros

The central dashboard makes it easy to manage multiple franchise locations from one place. The QR-based review system alone helped us triple our customer reviews within a few months.

Cons

The mobile app works fine but could be made more intuitive and user-friendly in terms of navigation.

Managing reviews and analysing customer experience from a single interface is a great function for an organisation like us to control and keep an eye on overall operations.

Pros

Ease of managing all reviews from different platforms on a single dashboard, analysing the complete user experience

Cons

Unable to revert on zomato reviews itemwise, which would be a good use case for our organisation

Pros

Ease of use and visually clean presentation of data.

Cons

We have been using Famepilot for a couple of years now and have found it an excellent tool for customer listening. By bringing in all the reviews on one platform, it makes it easy for us to draw on heat words to use for SEO and also, to find areas of improvement. The ticketing solution has enabled us to drive home accountability to the last level in the organisation. We get close to 2000+ reviews monthly on the platform and it is a key part in our Guest Satisfaction Journey.

We belive that the most important factor for a restaurant brand’s success is customer experience and to monitor It and make it measurable we track the NPS. Famepilot helped us immensely to track our NPS score across our stores and capture data from our social media listings and our internal feedback system and bring it on one platform. We found it so helpful that today NPS scores are benchmarked across all outlets and is an important KPI of key employees. Through services provided by Famepilot, we are focussing on providing value and efficient service that encourages high NPS score and better customer life cycle management. The famepilot team is efficient and helps us achieve our goal and in turn leading to the best reputation of our brand

Pros

One of its kind and something which I have not seen anyone else doing

Nothing that they are not working on , they keep improving themselves
