Overall experience has been great.

Pros

Love the ease of contractors and visitors signing in and out. Also we were able to customize the safety video intro, specific to our site. Enjoy the management of receiving an email when a visitor logs in under my email. Great for tracking purposes in the event of an evacuation.

Cons

I do not have any cons to note! Which is a plus!

Using Savance as visitor management tool as well as health (COVID) screening tool too.

Pros

Fully customizable, questions, order of questions, kiosk itself, reporting.

Cons

It seems like temperature taking cameras are a little sensitive to lighting.

There seem to be no cons at this time, over longer period of time may find some

Our experience has been very good overall. In setting up our equipment, check in stations etc. they have been very responsive to helping my tech department.

Pros

The most important thing for me when selecting the product was the ease of using the phone based app for staff to do their daily remote check in. We are primarily a virtual school and staff are only on campus two days each week for enrichment classes. Staff also work variable schedules and with the status board feature anyone can see everyones current status and work location.

Cons

About the only 'like least' thing for me is the custom report feature. Seems a little short on documentation particularly when it comes to accessing the COVID data from our scan in station for building access. We do not use any of the advanced product services so I can't comment on those.

It works well, I would only recommend that all of your tablets that you purchase should be on a cellular network. Then there will minimal connectivity issues.

Pros

I like that this is always available electronically. I can search it and know who was in my building and for how long in seconds.

Cons

I do not have a bad comment about the software.

We are very happy with customer service and technical support, always available and quickly responding to our concerns and requests.

Pros

Integration was easy with our systems and not complicated to manage.

Cons

We find it to be a little slow when using it, for example pressing the buttons on the touch screen is not as responsive but we got use to it.
