I’ve waited over three months for one issue to be resolved, only to now be locked out of my account again with no clear timeline or support. As a U.S. Army veteran, I expected a basic level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I’ve been ignored, misled, and financially impacted without any resolution in sight. Wisely has made it incredibly difficult to access my own money and has provided no real help or transparency throughout the process. Pros None. There were no positives in my experience. No one helped me, and every step of the process was more frustrating than the last. Cons I was locked out of my account despite providing every document requested. The support team, especially a representative named \[sensitive content hidden\] was dismissive, unhelpful, and gave me conflicting information. I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, then later told I’d have to wait until Monday with no explanation.
