Showell is an excellent platform that’s very easy to use, even from an admin perspective. Managing and updating sales and marketing materials is simple and efficient, ensuring that teams always have access to the latest content. I highly recommend Showell to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly content management solution for sales and marketing.

Cons

As a downside, some formatting details (such as shadows) occasionally break, and the image quality can sometimes decrease when uploading or converting files. However, this is a fairly common issue across many similar platforms, and it can often be minimized by slightly adjusting the original presentation before uploading.

Overall I'm happy when I have Showell as daily tool for sharing presentations for customers or employees.

Pros

Showell is easy to use and its easy service to train for new employees, even there are some points that might be hard to learn.

Cons

The presentation collecting is sometimes hard to learn for new employees, but its still doable and feasible.

Very good due to having analytics and seeing what works best for each type of customer, industry & role specific

The ability to make files accessible for the whole team. A great way of having a 'library' of content that is sharable for the sales team to use for customers.

Cons

Presentation feature not playing videos from PPTX files, and instead having to create these manually.

My overall experience with Showell has been excellent. It’s intuitive, fast, and helps me stay organized and efficient in front of clients. I can easily access and share the right materials at the right time, even offline. It’s a reliable tool that supports my daily sales workflow.

Pros

I really appreciate the offline access and how all materials are structured and centralized. It allows me to quickly find what I need and share content with clients without any lag or distractions. It’s smooth, intuitive, and makes the sales process more efficient.

Cons

So far, I haven’t encountered any significant downsides. The platform works reliably and covers everything I need for my daily work.

Smooth integration of the software platform Outstanding personal support and reactivity from the support department Professional look and feel of the platform

Cons

In a folder with 30 dwg-files, I need to set a thumbnail item per item. This could be done easier with a default thumbnail for all items in a folder.

I just feel that it ticks all the boxes for presenting online or in-person. It’s great for sharing files, collaboration and also can be used as an intranet!

Pros

Ease of use and the fact that all of your sales collateral is at hand easily. Allowing you to adapt on demand.

Cons

There are no cons. I would prefer if embedded PowerPoint videos uploaded into Showell but it’s easy to add video as an additional share.

From day one of dealing with Showell, the customer service has been excellent. The sales person and customer success manager are super helpful and friendly. The sales team love Showell and have found it easy to use.

Pros

Showell is so easy to use - a simple interface which looks clean and professional.

Cons

Synchronising in the backend could be quicker.
