The best way to communicate with your customers is to try to cut the information in rather small presentations - that way you don't need to swipe through irrelevant content. Pros As an end user the product is certainly impactful. In the beginning it was not that easy to use because all the internal machine specific in information ws not always readily available. AS a software package it delivers the "vehicle" that I require to support me in my daily Sales and Marketing tasks. Cons All the inter linking features and nodes are not that clear. We certainly had that and we are working to integrate this tool even tighter to our processes - asset management via Adobe DAM and customer data via Salesforce Salescloud. Pros Showell is so easy to use that salesforce at regional offices or even at local dealerships globally need only minimal amount of training and support to get started. We have got value for money almost instantly since salesforce can start using Showell in no-time. Cons Having so many users in as many countries as we have it's a bit of a workload with monthly billing but gladly we have got it sorted and running fairly easy. Pros Showell is very easy to use, maintain and update. It shows the files clearly and fast and the files are easy to scroll and read. Admin-side of the software is also easy to use and manage. March 21, 2023 4.0 I've had a very goo initial experience - Like anything, the more you sues the system and encourage your clients to use it the more benefit we see. Pros It is easy to set up and administer. Some of our customers are already using Showell with other companies so they were already familiar which is great. It gives us control of content and feedback as to what is being used. Cons Nothing really - It is quite intuitive - The initial training and follow up training is excellent and fits around our schedule so we have not had any issues. I can find all the material needed in seconds and easily share it with my customers. Also, the content is easy to tailor to any customer’s specific needs. Cons Even with Showell I still need to get my content right. With Showell, I also realized which material is never used. No use to spend time and money on such content. Pros I like how easy it was to share multiple presentations with clients at once without having to share large files, only a link. Personalised links for different collections of presentations. Can access data from clients as to if they have accessed the file / presentations. I like it’s design and clarity, navigating yourself through the platform is really intuitive and therefor easy. In my opinion it’s a really powerful tool, especially for our salesmen on the way. For me, responsible for our company’s marketing activities, it comes in handy as well. So far I had no trouble finding the right information or fitting footage for whatever we have been up to. Pros The ease of uses is the most important to us. We can get all the documents we need for advertising as well as for our sales team quickly and without having to call/email the head office.
