Pros I love that Showell can host a variety of media and content and store it in various folders, depending on department and needs. As a daily user of Showell, I need to ensure I can get what I need quickly, the search function ensures everything is at the tip of my fingers. Also I see marketing materials very quickly. Pros It's very easy and quick to use with a client. I can show and look for frames that I don't have in stock. I like that it is in a portable machine. Cons Attaching and sharing the files is now quite slow. Also I miss a chance to load a file straight to my machine, now it's not possible. Modification of mypresentations should be more functional and versatile. Pros Presentation mood is nice and smooth. Runs smoothly and looks good to the customer. Unifies marketing materials and materials that sales use. Easier to use marketing materials than before. Cons Some of the editing options could be more versatile and easier and faster to use. in My presentation mode should be more options to do modifications on the material (not throught powerpoint and saving the materials again and again). It's also important that the company's own marketing team updates material actively. It's very easy to use. Its strongest point and what makes all the difference is the ease of creating a personalized presentation based on other presentations. With this functionality, we can adapt our presentation to highlight what the customer values most. Cons It's hard to say. But there is a point (not very important). When looking for any presentation (in 'Recent Files', for example), the title space is short on words. Thus, we have difficulty identifying the presentation we want (The titles are created by the managers and are all the same, varying only in the acronym that identifies the language). Especially when the title is the same (e.g. the name of a machine) but with different presentations in different languages. Cons Missing features such as the ability to download one large folder with numerous other folders inside, the ability to share word documents (they get automatically converted to PDF files upon uploading them) or having to switch to editing mode constantly on an administrator account.
