Cons There are small differences in the handling with Android, Apple or Microsoft. I prefer Apple because Apple devices offer better display and functionality. It allows a customer to navigate through a brochure or watch a video contained on the app, without being able to navigate out of the selected section within the app. Cons Sometimes once a PDF file is viewed, unless the user presses on the exact location on the screen for the exit or back button to pop up, it can be very difficult to leave the viewing mode. Often users close the app to reset it back to the home page. It would be better if more like social media where tapping anywhere brings up the navigation options. It works perfectly for my use case, which is to send material of our business to clients and possible clients. Pros I use it to send materials of our service to our clients and possible clients. It is extremely easy to use and well organised. It also gives some detail on the behavior of the person who received your link to the material: which documents were opened by who and for how long they were viewed. Cons There were a few unwanted features, which apparently were fixed in the last update (haven't tried it out yet): once you created a package of material and sent it to a client, the package wasn't editable afterwards. You couldn't for eg. add new videos to it or change the time it was available to be seen by the receivers. It's also very easy to share the content with our customers. Cons We are in a bilingual environment so there were some limitations of the tool to manage documentation in both languages. BUT, we received great help from the customer support team and we were able to find a custom solution to manage our content properly and deal with the particularities of our market.
