Cant really think of negatives or i would say so. Pros Ease of use, especially being new at the company I was able to access important documents easily without the need to ask others. Also, clear and concise. Cons Think we had a session previously with one of your staff and the one thing i can think off is basically having a location pathway which you can copy to send to someone else, without explaining what they need to click on etc. So copy location pathway, paste into search bar. Quite often when you open up the app and try to show something quickly, the software starts to update itself and the opportunity could be missed.
