“A Total Revolution”

OverallThe network now has a visible task defect?PPM system available for all our 67 warehouse locations and our 5 major hub facilities. Also our service/PPM contracts are now fully automated of which has proved to be a huge workload lifted in terms of man hours that would normally have been to be assigned to pre set individuals to email out as and when due and monitor, this in turn has also provided a legible audit trail of which can now be viewed from any location at any time - this is money saved for the group so the system quite literally pays it own way. Our relationship has gone from strength to strength with working with Mainteno, this in turn has also had a positive impact within our business. It has created 3 new admin positions and also allows us to monitor and engage with our contractors and suppliers on a minute by minute, hourly or daily basis. Mainteno has even created a new 'language' within our department due to our dependancy on the system. Even our engineering department has made the switch from Field Aware over to Mainteno!
ProsMainteno greatest strength is simplicity. A very easy to use platform, fantastic data presentation of which allows a task, to be logged and allocated in under a minute! With automated scheduled tasks, ability to produce your own checklist and asset management it really is a genuine business tool that is a 'must have' for any service related department.
ConsWith over a 1000 current users, this generates a lot of push notifications but the amazing Mainteno support team are constantly updating the system of which will negate this over time.
