Cons What I like least is the organisation of interviews. I am still exploring how to use the platform in the most efficient way. Standaard mails en een duidelijk overzicht van de verschillende stappen in het proces. Cons De beperkte keuze hoe je een vacature opbouwt. Ik zou graag meer alinea's/segmenten toevoegen (nu beperkt tot drie). De bijlages zijn soms onoverzichtelijk. De mails van Jobtoolz komen regelmatig terecht in de spam. Waar we vroeger vooral overspoeld werden door voorstellen van interimkantoren, ontvangen we nu rechtstreeks sterke kandidaten. Dankzij Jobtoolz kunnen we die profielen efficiënt filteren en nemen we de volledige interview planning zelf in handen. Pros Jobtoolz is erg eenvoudig in gebruik en om die reden toegankelijk voor iedereen. Je kan het ook eenvoudig vormgeven en personaliseren om je bedrijf en de vacatures zo duidelijk mogelijk te presenteren. Cons Aangezien wij maar af en toe openstaande vacatures hebben en vaak dus ook geen openstaande vacatures is de kostprijs wel wat hoog. Cons There are still a few areas for improvement that could further increase the added value of the tool. For example, it would be very useful if CVs were automatically screened for criteria such as degree and years of work experience, so that candidates could also be filtered based on these aspects.
