Overall, the platform contributes to improved efficiency and provides a more consistent experience for candidates.

Pros

Jobtoolz offers a solid set of features that support an organised recruitment process. The pipeline is easy to navigate and the drag-and-drop functionality for moving candidates between stages helps keep things structured. Candidate communication tools are clear and functional, making it easier to stay in touch throughout the hiring process. Managing GDPR compliance is easy to navigate within the platform.

Cons

What I like least is the organisation of interviews. I am still exploring how to use the platform in the most efficient way. Additionally, not all recruitment channels feel relevant to the countries and sector we work in. That said, this may also require us to refine our own research and selection of channels to get the best results.

Ik ben heel tevreden omdat het de mogelijkheid geeft om samen te werken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen . Heb het ook al aanbevolen.

Pros

overzichtelijk en dus eenvoudiger rekruteringsproces goed aanpasbaar aan persoonlijke noden Snelle service/helpdesk

Cons

De koppeling maken met agenda is moeilijker omdat ik zelf niet 100 bezig ben met rekruteren. Maar ik denk wel dat het handig kan zijn.

Ten opzichte van andere applicaties is dit een goeie tool. Echter vind ik dat er nog verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Beter overzicht, meer mogelijkheden om te personaliseren.

Pros

Een goed overzicht van de verschillende vacatures. Standaard mails en een duidelijk overzicht van de verschillende stappen in het proces.

Cons

De beperkte keuze hoe je een vacature opbouwt. Ik zou graag meer alinea's/segmenten toevoegen (nu beperkt tot drie). De bijlages zijn soms onoverzichtelijk. De mails van Jobtoolz komen regelmatig terecht in de spam. Je moet je eigen werfreserve aanmaken, dit kan beter.

Sinds we met Jobtoolz werken, merken we duidelijk een andere instroom van kandidaten. Waar we vroeger vooral overspoeld werden door voorstellen van interimkantoren, ontvangen we nu rechtstreeks sterke kandidaten. Dankzij Jobtoolz kunnen we die profielen efficiënt filteren en nemen we de volledige interview planning zelf in handen.

Pros

Jobtoolz is erg eenvoudig in gebruik en om die reden toegankelijk voor iedereen. Je kan het ook eenvoudig vormgeven en personaliseren om je bedrijf en de vacatures zo duidelijk mogelijk te presenteren.

Cons

Aangezien wij maar af en toe openstaande vacatures hebben en vaak dus ook geen openstaande vacatures is de kostprijs wel wat hoog. Het zou fijn zijn moest er een aangepast tarief zijn in de 'slapende' periodes.

Mijn ervaring met Jobtoolz is zeer positief. Rekrutering verloopt stukken eenvoudiger, met minder mails en minder aparte documenten (excel of word)

Pros

Het gebruiksgemak en overzicht; de samenwerking tussen HR, hiring managers en CEO, minder e-mails, het inplannen van afspraken, het bijhouden van gesprekken.

Cons

Dat je het CV niet meteen ziet bij het openklikken en dat je niet meer dan 1 CV tegelijkertijd kan opladen

A fan from day one, and still am. Rock-solid experience — it never disappointed. Recruitment becomes much easier: I can instantly see if the same candidate has been submitted multiple times. Very practical and a real time-saver.

Pros

Intuitive and easy-to-use website. Clear layout and efficient follow-up tools — it saves time and avoids unnecessary hassle.

Cons

A small downside: the system keeps sending you back to page 1, even if you were working on page 3 of the candidates. Not very practical — page 1 seems a bit too clingy.

Pros

I have been working with Jobtoolz for about three years and have always found the tool to be exceptionally user-friendly. Both I and our internal hiring managers were able to become operational quickly without any additional training. The platform is clear, intuitive, and pleasant to use, which significantly simplifies the recruitment process. I would also like to highlight the excellent support services: they are always fast, responsive, extremely friendly, and solution-oriented. This makes Jobtoolz not just a tool, but a true partner in the recruitment process. In short, Jobtoolz is a top solution for a large SME that values efficiency, ease of use, and reliable support.

Cons

The only area for improvement is the limited flexibility in the contract model. Greater adaptability in contract terms could make the solution even more attractive for organizations with varying needs.

Pros

Jobtoolz is a very user-friendly ATS system that has greatly improved efficiency and communication within our company. The platform offers good value for money and is ideal for small to medium-sized enterprises. The customer service is also excellent; there is always a Jobtoolz colleague ready to help you with technical issues or any other questions.

Cons

There are still a few areas for improvement that could further increase the added value of the tool. For example, it would be very useful if CVs were automatically screened for criteria such as degree and years of work experience, so that candidates could also be filtered based on these aspects. At the moment, this still has to be done manually, which is very time-consuming and therefore not something we do.

De administratieve vereenvoudiging zorgt voor structuur en minder tijdsintensieve verwerking. helpdesk

Cons

Boekingsapp kan niet per functie ingevuld worden maar moet per kandidaat waardoor er toch nog fouten ontstaan in afspraken (ofwel zien wij iets over het hoofd?) Foto's kan je ook niet alles mee doen wat je wil.

Goed, gestructureerd, overzichtelijk. Je ziet alles in een oogwenk en als er problemen zijn, heb je binnen de minuut iemand van Jobtoolz aan de lijn.

Pros

Makkelijk en overzichtelijk om mee te werken. Goede first line support. Makkelijk om ook externe partners uit te nodigen.

Cons

Niet direct iets. Mss de mogelijkheid om een lijst te trekken met een overzicht van welke vacatures op de VDAB staan?
