Jobtoolz has improved our recruiting process massively. We used to collect resumes by email, by post of by hand-ins, had to work with an Excel file and lost track of many candidates. Now the entire process is bundled into one easy-to-use platform. We respond to applicants much faster and barely loose track of them. Special kudos to the Jobtoolz helpdesk. They're easy accessible, very quick to respond and alwasy open for suggestions to improve the software even more.

Pros

The software is easy to use and very efficient. The team behind is young and dynamic and very much aware of the latest developments. Candidates can easily see all outstanding vacancies and can quickly apply for a certain job. The underlying platform has been developed in such a way that a user can quickly assess candidates, email them with feedback or invite them for an interview. Integrating the software with our business went smoothly. Jobtoolz did most of the set-up so that our key-users only had to do some fine tuning to get started.

Cons

At the moment there are limited features to distinguish your company from the others. We all use pretty much the same software which makes our websites look a lot like each other. The software is relatively new and has yet to grow. However, this leads me to believe that in the near future we will get more functionalities that makes us able to distinguish our website more from the rest.

Reason for choosing Jobtoolz

It had a very modern and easy going look. The alternative products were either too complicated or too old-fashioned for our taste.

Overall positive. The platform is new so some desired features aren\`t possible (yet). JT did manage to update some features so the tool gets better as time goes on.

Pros

It is super easy to use for anyone involved in the hiring proces.

Cons

There are no triggered actions (yet) For instance when you move a candidate from the 1st to the 2nd interview that an automated e-mail gets send to ask for recommendations. Or when you withhold someone they get an automated decline e-mail, based on the reason for withholding. (Select "experience doesn\`t match the job criteria" and then send the corresponding e-mail automaticly)

Searching for cv's is not on point, if you had cv's before Jobtoolz, it is not easy to find those candidates.

niet automatisch parsen van een CV manueel e-mail moeten sturen wanneer je iemand verplaatst naar nieuwe fase geen mogelijkheid tot interviewnota's uploaden die niet mee naar Officient gaan posten van vacatures gaat niet heel vlot: vrij tijdsintensief + moeilijk op te volgen of ze online of offline zijn

Over het algemeen zeker tevreden, het biedt een duidelijk overzicht en is in het algemeen ook gebruiksvriendelijk en intuïtief.

Pros

Jobtoolz is zeer overzichtelijk. Ook de chatmodule met de interimkantoren en andere partners vind ik zeer waardevol.

Cons

Soms moet er nog veel geklikt worden voor bepaalde acties. Sommige instellingen zitten ver weg en andere lijken nogal overbodig. Ook het feit dat bestanden niet kunnen doorgestuurd worden via de chat met kantoren zie ik als een nadeel. Het zou ook goed zijn mochten ongelezen berichten van kantoren een visueel effect krijgen. Op termijn zou ik graag uitsluitend Jobtoolz willen openen voor een overzicht van alle kandidaten en sollicitaties, maar op dit moment is dit nog niet mogelijk.

Sinds we met Jobtoolz werken, merken we duidelijk een andere instroom van kandidaten. Waar we vroeger vooral overspoeld werden door voorstellen van interimkantoren, ontvangen we nu rechtstreeks sterke kandidaten. Dankzij Jobtoolz kunnen we die profielen efficiënt filteren en nemen we de volledige interview planning zelf in handen.

Pros

Jobtoolz is erg eenvoudig in gebruik en om die reden toegankelijk voor iedereen. Je kan het ook eenvoudig vormgeven en personaliseren om je bedrijf en de vacatures zo duidelijk mogelijk te presenteren.

Cons

Aangezien wij maar af en toe openstaande vacatures hebben en vaak dus ook geen openstaande vacatures is de kostprijs wel wat hoog. Het zou fijn zijn moest er een aangepast tarief zijn in de 'slapende' periodes.

Enorme aanrader! Je kan heel veel doen met deze tool, ieder bedrijf kan hier volop van genieten om zijn processen te verbeteren.

Jobtoolz is enorm gemakkelijk in gebruik! Zelfs zonder uitleg kun je dit grotendeels zelf uitzoeken. Zowel vacatures als kandidaten kan je gemakkelijk opvolgen.

Cons

Alles is zeer handig in gebruik en maakt het proces efficiënt. Niet meteen punten ter verbetering.

Onze jobsite is visueel veel aantrekkelijker en het is eenvoudiger op vacatures te posten dan vroeger. De link met de VDAB-website is zeer handig, maar wel nog niet optimaal.

Vragen worden snel beantwoord. Er komen constant meer mogelijkheden.

De zoekfunctie is niet ideaal, maar daar wordt aan gesleuteld.

Als je in een kandidaat zit, kan je niet gemakkelijk naar de volgende kandidaat bv gaan, of terug naar het overzicht van kandidaten.
