While the platform offers strong capabilities, the out-of-the-box configuration did not fully align with our needs and would require a level of customization beyond our current resource capacity. Pros It is helpful to have all audits generated and controlled through one central location. It is also helpful to have continued support when needed. There were some typical store shelf options out there, but we wanted our own. GA not only provided the best price, but the customer service has been nothing short of impeccable! Any issue... suggestions, concerns, problems, praise... Whatever it is! The Team responds quickly, professionally, intelligently, and (this comes dealing with me) often times with laughs and positivity. I hope readers understand when I say it's the "old school brand of customer service", because it's nothing automated or otherwise dismissed. Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required. The interface is very intuitive and our team needs very little training to enable them to use the product effectively. The GoAudit team have worked hard to ensure that we have bespoke reporting, both automatic and on demand, which suits our client's needs. Pros The team at GoAudits are quick to respond to any queries and open to suggestions for improvements. The whole interface is easy to use, from administration to end use by our audit team, and it has also helped our clients to focus on the audit reports. The client site managers are presented with access to an Action Plan, keeping the audit in a 'live' state until corrective actions are taken. This has helped drive involvement from Operations teams, encouraging improvement between visits resulting in higher audit scores and better compliance with policies and procedures Cons The necessity to be 'online' to start an audit or view the report can occasionally cause issues in the middle of a 'tin-can' factory with very little reception but is usually easily resolved with a short walk! Pros creating custom audit forms or checklists, Developing them from initial creation and using them during audits is a straight forwards and intuitive process.Once the report format is chosen, the completion of audits from the stock or custom checklists give clear information for our organisation on how departments, processes and where improvements can be made. Cons The process for setting up audit schedules is a bit clunky and when dates have to be changed, the only to change audit dates appears to be deletion and re-entering with the same details except for the new planned date. Pros Go Audits provides a bespoke, customisable platform to create and use electronic audits and checklists from an initial out of the box product. The addition of Action plan and Corrective action management through your exiting email network provides a real improvement to clarity and sight of operational compliance across mutli-site operations. Cons The analytics dashboard doesn't always give the required data, but as always the Go Audits support team are working with us to make the improvements specific to our business that will continue to add value to this product. Support team are always very helpful and quick to respond. The app is also easy to navigate meaning that it is fast to train staff how to use it. Cons I find the backend portal on the webpage very slow despite using very strong wifi. I don't like that I can't permanently delete audits it has to be done by the go audits team. I think further descriptions and features could be useful so we can maximum the audits to the best of their ability.
