Customer service is top-notch and where Pug really stands out - you get actual humans who know your account, respond quickly, and don't hand you off to a ticket queue. Their culture is another plus, they genuinely care about self-storage operators, and it shows in how they handle updates and feedback. Easy recommendation for anyone running multiple facilities. Pros The customer support is fantastic, with real humans and timely responses. Pug understands that every company has its own story they want to communicate to their customers, and Pug will work hand-in-hand with you to make that happen. From big items like redesigning web pages months or years after launch to small things like changing punctuation or wording in a small copy paragraph, they're willing to do it all to get the website you want. I've never had an issue with them like previous hosting companies we've used. Cons Nothing! There isn't anything that is negative about StoragePug. Pros The most important thing StoragePug provides us is timely customer service. Our needs are addressed almost immediately; far better than any of our other vendors. StoragePug also provides us with easy to understand data, meaningful feedback, and suggestions based on what they are seeing in our industry. Cons I don't have any complaints with StoragePug at this point. We think we've found a partner that understands our needs and provides a service and product that is appropriate for our operation. They always sound like there glad to hear from me and can't wait to handle any issue I might have. Pros I moved my Webpage to StoragePug to begin 2026. Its never an easy decision to make a move like that but Pug made the transition seamless and I truly feel they are part of my team. Always helpful and what they don't know or do they lead me in a direction that is always helpful. The website is easy to navigate and most important converting those clicks to customers. They genuinely love what they do and they’re always happy to help. Not to mention, they’re GOOD at what they do. Things get done in a timely manner and in 5+ years working with them I’ve never had to ask for something twice. Cons They’re a little bit more than our previous web developer but you get what you pay for. Quality work and service ain’t cheap but in the competitive storage market they’ve been worth every penny. Pros I've built hundreds of websites with other companies and even built many on my own. This was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had.
