Their customer service, technical expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a meaningful difference during a challenging transition period. They’ve treated us like partners, not transactions, and have delivered a level of support that is rare in this industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Pros I've built hundreds of websites with other companies and even built many on my own. This was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had. Their team is prompt, professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to helping owners win. Cons The only negative in our build process came from an outside influence that neither StoragePug nor our team had any control over. In fact, StoragePug went out of their way to help us navigate the situation—even though they weren’t responsible for it. They get just as excited as we do about taking on new projects with us. We love working with a partner that shares our passion for what we do. Pros The people. They genuinely love what they do and they’re always happy to help. Not to mention, they’re GOOD at what they do. Things get done in a timely manner and in 5+ years working with them I’ve never had to ask for something twice. Cons They’re a little bit more than our previous web developer but you get what you pay for. Quality work and service ain’t cheap but in the competitive storage market they’ve been worth every penny. Switched from [G5](https://www.capterra.com/p/144177/G5/) Our previous website host SEO manager fumbled when our GBP was suspended for unknown reasons and left us hanging getting it back online. Our GBP had been suspended for 2 months before we found out. Through luck of meeting Tommy at a state trade show he offered a suggestion and we had our issue fixed in less than 48 hours. March 15, 2024 5.0 The guys were one of the best decisions I’ve made as an operator. Pros They convert rentals at a high percentage. They are best in the business. Cons I have no complaints about storage pug. If I had to give any criticism it would be that I wish they had marketing and software so we could use them for those as well. Hands down one of my best business decisions to date. \[sensitive content hidden\]have built a great, honest company who help self-storage owners run their self-storage business more efficiently. StoragePug’s customer service is hands down the best. If I want an update, have a question or need something they always take my call and make you feel like you are their number one priority even though they have thousands of other customers. Pros From the moment I meet the team, I knew I wanted to work with them. All around good honest, hard working people who do what they say and say what they do. Implementing StoragePug was instrumental in my growing companies success. Cons When I first started with StotagePug, the on boarding was a little weird and difficult but since then they have stepped up the onboarding process to make it simple, easy and a very smooth process. I love being able to login to Insights and review the website performance. Pros I like that the StoragePug team takes time to learn about our industry. Pros Extreme customer focus. From the owner all the way to support staff are extremely helpful. They helped built our site which is the primary mechanism we get rentals (especially because our facility is not on a main road so we don't generally get walk-ins) Cons Nothing I can think of at this time. They always sound like there glad to hear from me and can't wait to handle any issue I might have. Pros I moved my Webpage to StoragePug to begin 2026. Its never an easy decision to make a move like that but Pug made the transition seamless and I truly feel they are part of my team. Always helpful and what they don't know or do they lead me in a direction that is always helpful. The website is easy to navigate and most important converting those clicks to customers.
