The platform is easy to use, reliable, and makes it simple to reach my audience without any headaches. What really stood out to me was their customer service. I recently had an issue with a payment, and their support team responded right away and got everything resolved much faster than I expected. It’s hard to find companies that actually care about helping their customers, and BigMailer definitely does. If you’re looking for an email marketing platform to grow your mailing list, create professional campaigns, automate emails, and keep everything organized, I highly recommend BigMailer.
