It makes segmenting my audience a complete breeze, and the automation tools for list cleaning are a huge time-saver for our daily marketing operations. Cons While the service is overall excellent, the free tier feels quite restrictive regarding total subscriber count and monthly sends. They'll take a look at your stats and make recommendations on how to improve engagement, deliverability, etc. They really should charge for this support (but thankfully they don't). Pros Their deliverability. I don't know what they're doing, but I'm averaging 50-60% open rates on some pretty cold lists. Normally on other email marketing systems, I would be averaging 20%. At the end of the day, deliverability is the most important factor to any marketer. They nail it. Cons The software isn't as full-featured as other platforms, but hey, they're a startup. What's most important is deliverability and they have it! We use MailerLite to communicate with our own employees (we have 700+ agents at our firm), and we use BigMailer for all our recruiting campaigns to attract more talent to the company.
