Real estate exclusive CRM for real estate what I felt after using it. It has completely set my work on automation by reducing all manual task to followup lead. I am closing more leads now by using the buildDesk CRM.

Pros

1\. Automatic lead capture from multiple sources 2. Allows the option to transfer leads between sales executives 3. Complete campaign analysis and allow to run campaigns from CRM itself 4. Cloud IVR, virtual number integration

Cons

hard to list any cons but their pricing is a bit on higher compared to other CRM but can be afforded.
