Pros My favorite part was what an excellent experience it made for developer candidates going through our hiring process. It gave them comprehensive feedback on their code challenges.I also liked how communicative and friendly the Woven team was. They were great to work with. Cons It was too expensive for my company's needs. It's a great service but might be better suited for large companies. Cons I think it's important add a desktop version, because when I use the aplication its necesary get in navegator like chrome, mozilla, etc. And some times we need our calendar fast. They are paying attention to the entire total user experience with their customers. Refreshing! Pros Woven has all the scheduling and planning tools I need to manage my meetings and time. Their private tags and analytics give me insights into how I spend my time. It does this while bringing all my calendars (I have two separate Google and G Suite accounts and an Office 365 account) into one consolidated calendar where I have a true understanding of my availability. Also giving clients the ability to click a link and schedule time on my calendar has been a game changer. Things like their iMessages app and their Smart Titles feature are game changers for me. Cons Minor knit, I'd like deeper analytics capabilities (but what they have today works well). Using scheduling links and availability sharing, my meetings are now scheduled within 90 minutes on average and I never double book anymore. The company is always polishing the product and adding valuable features. Pros I love that everything I could need in a calendaring solution is built-in to Woven. No need to go elsewhere for published links (Calendly) or group polls (Doodle). I also love their cross domain availability sharing. No need to even send an email when I can share my availability with clients and know when we are all free. Cons It only works with Google accounts right now.
