“StaffStat Innovative & Progressive”

OverallOverall experience with the StaffStat team has been positive from the beginning. StaffStat software has helped us to gain efficiencies, communicate more effectively with our staff and provide staff with more flexibility in their work schedules. A win-win for our Administrative Clerk/scheduler, staff and management.
ProsStaffStat is innovative and progressive. It continues to evolve based on advances in technology and customer feedback. Customer service has been excellent.
ConsIn the beginning, there were some limitations with the StaffStat software. Whenever possible, the team addressed them promptly with changes to the software or when technology advanced. The team has always been professional and responsive.

“Great product for scheduling shifts”

OverallIncreased efficiencies in filling shifts, great support that is fast and timely from the Staffstat team.
ProsEase of use for end user and admin. Time savings for Managers and scheduler in filling shifts.
ConsWe have not had any issues at this time. Whenever an improvement has been suggested it has been implemented or the problem has been resolved.

“A real time saver!”

OverallOverall this our experience with StaffStat has been amazing. From the day we implemented the software we have had fantastic customer service and support.
ProsThe fact that its easy to use, saves my staff time to focus on other important aspects of their job and eliminates the need to call individual staff to fill in a shift. Pure and simple....its a real time saver!
ConsThere really isn't anything to that we like least about this software.
