I could not have asked for a better introduction into the world of ecommerce and client management than PaymentCloud. Not only has it helped me feel more confident in my abilities to manage business, but it has been integral in the growth of the business. Pros Honestly, everything...the features, the reporting ability, the ease of use to give and receive payments, the customer support, the third party integration. My business has experienced exceptional growth in the past year, and I know this would not have been possible without reliable payment processing solutions that Payment Cloud offered to us. Also, I GREATLY appreciate the lower processing fees (especially now being with a software that seems to be taking a hefty amount from us). Cons I do not have any negative experience to report! Corporate switched us to a different software, and I cannot stress how much I miss PaymentCloud! I took all of its features and support for granted. Pros The initial account set up and implementation is quite easy, it has made our electronic and online payments very fast convenient. January 20, 2021 1.0 Put my business back months. Terrible. This is my first ever online review. I had to post this to let other people know to AVOID this company. They wasted 4 months of my time with promises they couldn't deliver. I'm based in the UK, with a US LLC and I sell supplements, all of which are considered high risk which I understand and I've had issues with merchant processers before because of it, but usually they give me a no straight out of the gate as to avoid wasting everyone's time. Ohhhh no no no, not PaymentCloud, they waited 4 months to tell me. The intial application was successful and took 6 weeks to get onboarded, during this time I had to continuely chase up as their customer service is nothing short of woeful but I know these things take time so i was patient. At week 6, I was given the green light by the acquirer bank, all that needed to be done was implement the merchant API into my websites. I use Shopify(Yes, the $1bn T/O eCoommerce Platform) and Clickfunnels(The Largest Funnel Platform Globally.) I had told PC multiple times that I use these platforms and even their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] told me that 'We integrate with Clickfunnels' Well... After 10 weeks of terrible communication, and me asking for updates on a weekly basis I was told that they DO NOT integrate with 2 of the largest platforms out there. Find someone else to do this for you, Payment Cloud are incapable. Pros Their senior staff seemed like decent guys when they knew they had screwed up. (especially for me) Pros The customer service is OUTSTANDING, I honestly FELT like their rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] CARED! I saved his direct line on my personal phone and must have called him almost every. single. day. (or at least it felt like it) for a good 2 months. He helped save my business! I only had a few weeks to find a merchant provider for our CBD product, the new regulations through us for a loop and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from Payment Cloud walked me through the process and provided some of the best customer services I have ever had in my life. It literally only took a few weeks to get approved and everything up and running on my site. Having someone available to you to troubleshoot, go the mat for you concerning costs and requirements is essential and truly for those of us that have created amazing products but aren’t experts in the world of e-commerce,​ it’s a must. I highly recommend Payment Cloud to anyone looking for trouble-free solutions. Pros Trouble-free​, ease of use and exemplary customer service. As an online pharmacy there are many state and federal laws that must be followed to process claims. I was provided with great literature on best-practices, and I feel the checklist is thorough, yet reasonable. Highly recommend Pros Software implementation is seamless with paymentcloud. Senior Account Manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is prompt and orderly. She'll advise the best avenue to take to get your merchant account approved. Cons As a visual learner I feel that videos on how to use may be helpful (They may exist, I just never saw). Nevertheless, once up and running the software is intuitive enough to not need.
