I have had an awesome experience with WebinarNinja as a production officer in a media production industry. The software has made possible for us to organise virtual events and conferences and record sessions.

Pros

We use WebinarNinja as our online webinar solution. The software allows us to engage with our audiences in different parts of the world friction free. It allows live streaming, screen sharing and real-time social media broadcasting. What I like most about WebinarNinja is its ease of use. The software does not require any form of training to implement. It's pricing is also affordable to small and medium businesses and organisations.

Cons

I am a long time user of the software and honestly speaking, the product is flawless. Customer support services are always ready to help. I have nothing against the software.

Der Support antwortet entweder zögerlich oder gar nicht. Sie haben meinen Lifetime-Account auf kostenfrei heruntergestuft, ohne mich zu informieren. Jetzt bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr.

We understand your frustration, and we truly apologize for the disruption caused by the change in ownership and the discontinuation of the lifetime deal. We know this wasn't what you signed up for, and it's understandable that you feel let down. The original company honored the lifetime deal throughout its ownership until it ceased operations. When we acquired WebinarNinja, we acquired the platform but not the previous company's obligations, including the lifetime deal. Continuing the deal indefinitely wasn't financially sustainable for us as a new business. However, we did our best to soften the impact by providing many months of free service and a significantly discounted upgrade option, which most lifetime deal users accepted. We value your feedback and are committed to providing a great platform and excellent service to all our users. WebinarNinja has been an excellent platform for delivering training sessions. It’s actually perfect for busy trainers like me. The interactive features like polls, Q&A, and chat have made my training sessions more engaging for participants. The platform's stability ensures that sessions run smoothly without technical glitches, which is crucial for maintaining a professional atmosphere during training.

Pros

The interactive tools are fantastic. Being able to engage with participants through polls and live chat makes the training more dynamic and keeps everyone involved.

Cons

I am still discovering more about this tool so nothing to not like about yet.

What really stands out to me about WebinarNinja is its versatility. The ability to host different types of webinars – live, automated, series, and hybrid – gives me the flexibility I need to match any event format I dream up. Plus, the integrated email system simplifies my life by keeping attendees informed and engaged, all from one platform. It's like having my own webinar command center.

Cons

If there's one area I'd nudge for improvement, it's the customization options for landing pages. They're good, but having a bit more creative control to make my pages pop would be the cherry on top.

I recommend giving it a try. It is well built and will surprise you. The owners are wonderful, genuine people and they have done a lot to bring the software where it is for you today.

Pros

I've used it for several years. It was buggy initially, but they fixed that (web-based vs software based, like Zoom, there's always the chance for the participant to have an outdated browser). But they do a good job and I love how simple and easy it is to have it.

Cons

Early in its days it was buggy and people had issues using it (I've used it for several years). They've come A LONG way and those kinks are gone. The great thing is that this lets you get quality webinar software at an affordable rate.

We have been using WebinarNinja to run highly successful webinars for our clients, it is a low cost but very beneficial product to keep clients informed, our clients are happy that we provide timely and accurate information. The setup is very easy to do, we all quickly adapted to this software and improved lead capture.

Pros

I really like the features that WebinarNinja has, since it makes it easy for the interaction in the webinars to be professional and we have every detail covered when we want to cover an important point in the webinars, it is very easy to configure. It has a very attentive technical support team and is very committed to solving our doubts, communication is stable, the image is not distorted, it is an ideal software for my work area.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints or issues that have persisted for long periods of time as the support team always works on time and tries to resolve issues quickly.

Terrible, dishonest and disgusting customer service.

Pros

Stole 100$ from me. Avoid this company.WebinarNinja is stealing money from people who sign up to their free trial. I signed up to the free trial. They intentionally do not send you emails letting you know when your free trial comes to an end in the hopes that you'll forget to cancel.Then, when you reach out to them, they tell you that you need to cancel your membership before refunding. I cancelled, then they refused to provide a refund stating that according to their terms and conditions, they cannot refund.This is a complete scam. I notified them about my refund request 21 minutes after seeing I got charged. They can see in my account that I didn't use their tool. They're using the lazy excuse that they are "unable" to issue a refund, despite any provider being able to log into their payment gateway like Stripe and issue a refund. They're absolutely lying and stealing and it's pathetic.I can understand that some users sign up for a month, use the tool for 29 days and get lots of value from it, then claim a refund. That's not right and I wouldn't expect a refund in that situation either, but I emailed them 21 minutes after being charged for the month and never used their tool.They now won't respond to my emails either.I have screenshots of all evidence and claims in this statement and am willing to provide them upon request.Avoid WebinarNinja - absolutely dishonest and unprofessional company that's stealing money from people.

They're stealing money from their users by duping them into free trials that auto charge you and then don't refund if you forgot to cancel by citing fake, lazy, and unprofessional reasons for why they can't refund you just so they can keep and steal your money.

Hi Justin, This is the second trial you've had with us, you were issued a refund in 2019 when you signed up for a trial then with a different email. - We send a reminder to everyone on trial 2 days before the trial is up to let them know trial is ending. - We respond to every message in support. - We offer a service with it's own costs to operate. Hence we charge a subscription fee to that service - how that is "stealing?" There is no locked-in fee, people can cancel at anytime, just like Netflix. - People can cancel inside their account without even contacting support. The free trial works as expected, as advertised - full use of the plan for free for 14 days. From one small business to another, calling a business a scam and saying that we are "stealing" can be very harmful, especially when the accusations are not truthful. Pros

When I cancelled my subscription FINALLY and they closed my account.

Cons

I tried the platform out with a free trial (it only took me a day to realize it didn't meet my company's needs). I went in and canceled the account, but the wording on the cancellation page is so that it SEEMS like you've canceled "once your current billing cycle comes to an end, you'll no longer have access to your account data..." but they require you give a reason why for cancellation (though it's not clearly stated). When I realized they charged me, I contacted them immediately and kindly asked for a refund, to which I was met with a firm "no." When I explained, they said, sorry, no refunds. They didn't care to work with me, to see I hadn't used the software. They just refused. Not worth the time or money to mess with (what I've seen from other reviewers) scammy auto-renewal practices.Stay away!

Decent application, would use again and does the job especially if your audience is small but you want a quality experience

Decent free trial and lower cost option to start. You can grow with the platform's pricing as your audience grows.

Cons

despite they don't charge extra fees, the steep jump in pricing can be discouraging for small businesses on a budget.
