Pros Very easy to create and deploy webinars. Way less complicated than most stuff that's out there. So if you just want to run a webinar that works without all the bells and whistles, webinarninja is a great choice. Cons I wish there was a way to change the host name on individual webinars; the stability of the platform could be improved (still receive lots of complaints on the webinars themselves when volume or video goes out, or they can't log on b/c they're on some browser other than Chrome on a desktop); would love to see post webinar email sequence integration (like the reminder emails, but that go out after the webinar is complete, so I don't have to use a separate email marketing system to send those emails) Alternatives considered [Crowdcast](https://www.capterra.com/p/145185/Crowdcast/) Reason for choosing WebinarNinja Crowdcast was too expensive. It let's me quickly set up a schedule for webinars and then gives me a link to send out for people to use to sign up. Pros It is so easy to use! There are lots of features like evergreen webinars, replays, paid webinars that are just as good if not better than some of the higher priced options. Cons The templates are a little difficult to figure out, (at least for me). It could be that I don't have a graphical mind but it took me a while to figure out how to customize the emails and landing pages. August 15, 2019 5.0 It has been a great experience, well worth the investment in my business and I don't have a reason to switch to anything else. I can say that I will be using WebinarNinja a lot more as the needs of my business are shifting and I will be sharing a lot of information through webinar. Pros I love that WebinarNinja is always improving upon their product. I've used it for about 2 years now and love it. They also provide educational webinars to help you give amazing webinars and understand how to reach your goals using their software. It is soo easy to use from start to finish and I have never had an issue running a webinar. Cons Honestly nothing, but if I have to list something it doesn't integrate directly with Mailerlite the email marketing system I use, however I am able to integrate it with Zapier, so it's not really an issue. Pros I've been using WebinarNinja for several years now, and I like it better than other webinar software I've used in the past. It's relatively easy to get a webinar going and customer support has always been quick to respond when there has been an issue. Cons There was some functionality in the beta version that is not available now, such as on-demand webinars. you can't record a webinar and give someone the ability to watch it whenever they want. I find value in their product. They have been fairly responsive to my concerns and assure me that they are looking at them for future releases. Pros When I found this software I was looking for a browser-based webcast system. This product fits the bill. I like that fact that they are constantly working on improving the product, and it has come a long way. I like the versatility in the options for different types of webinars. Cons The biggest con for me is that in previous versions I was able to embed Vimeo videos in the automated webinars, with the newer versions I am limited to YouTube-hosted videos or the videos of webinars recorded by WebinarNinja. I do not like hosting my videos on YouTube. The other main issue is that I have had many scammers registering for my webinars, repeatedly with no way to eliminate that problem. The interface makes is SUPER easy to interact, take questions and ask questions of our guests as well. I love how the software is continuing to evolve and improve over time. Pros We've been using the WebinarNinja software since it's inception, but a lot more in the past 2 years. The new features and placement of the tools (questions, polls, offers and documents) is much more intuitive and easier to explain to participants during the chat. Having them above the chat is a great placement. Being able to not only vote up questions, but that the questions and polls appear in the chat itself is brilliant. Cons As a moderator, I'd like to be able to have a badge, but not be listed on the registration page as a presenter. Pros I love that I can create beautiful stylised landing pages along with automated email reminders. The operating system is easy to use and I love the pre-planning I can do including polls and offers that I can turn on throughout my presentation. Cons I can not create custom questions in the registration process. I deliver online training for the government and there is strict criteria for them to be eligible. Without this, I have to use a third party (Eventbrite) to manage registrations first. :( Would like if you could just hit button for recurring evergreen webinars for routine repeats (e.g. every tuesday at 10am) for a determined time frame (e.g. 10 times or until this date). Very hands off. Their T&Cs are not compliant to EU and US consumer law. We asked for a refund and they have refused. Pros We thought it would make for a better user experience for attendees. Cons We had to use Zoom for our webinar. Went forward without a hitch. Building a registration page for a panel of speakers, was tough, even for someone who can code. There is no way to edit their GDPR opt in, afte consulting our expert in bp, it was not fit for purpose. Support team didn't offer any solutions. They had a limited number of people you can host with, this was somewhere in the small print. There were many opportunities in the system to make this clear. Also the way they log questions live on the webinar I would consider the best implementation of QnA of any of the platforms I have tried. October 1, 2019 5.0 I was using it for something it really wasn't designed for: meetings. I'd have folks sig in as co-hosts and then hold design review meetings for landscape design projects. I had wanted to also use it to sell on-line courses on landscaping/gardening, but jumped the gun a bit in not realizing how long it would take to get a product ready for sale. Pros Great to send out branded invites to other "co-hosts" for meetings, and really good interface if everyone is using Chrome. Easy to use, somewhat easy to link with Convert Kit. Cons If folks were trying to use other browsers it sometimes didn't work so well. Also, it's a two-part sign in for folks having to join first and then "enter the studio". They have fantastic customer support - responsive, and they follow up to make sure that your issue has been resolved. We're planning to use WebinarNinja for a long time. Pros WebinarNinja gets you started with webinars quickly. They have all the email sequences created. All you need to do is set the webinar information, and you're good to go. Then, as you have time, you can customize all the emails, registration page, and thank you page. The best part of this software is the initial set-up time is less than 5 minutes. Cons I'm having trouble thinking of what I like least about this software. They've designed it so that you can use your webinars as a marketing tool.
