I find the motivating and good support very good. As a user with only mediocre knowledge of English, it costs me strength and nerves until I finally find my way around. Pros I think the clarity and arrangement of the individual work areas very well. It is very much logical. Cons If you offer your product on the German market, it would be very nice if at least the most important information and explanations are translated into German. As a freshman in this field, it was not easy to find my way around. Especially the connection with other programs was an obstacle for me. The picture quality is very bad when I let myself be seen by my listeners. In addition, some of the webinar participants complained about poor reception and poor quality of playback in the webinar room. I would also like to have an overview of the participants and their e-mail addresses from Webinarninja. Pros Ease of use, you don't have to install any software to use. Same goes for your attendees, all they need is a modern webbrowser. Creating a webinar is easy to. You can also easely duplicated webinars. And because it's so easy it's also a lot more fun to use. Cons There isn;t a simple connection between facebook lead ads and WN, but if you know your way around zapier it's possible to create such a thing yourself. Best feature is being able to run a series where registrants roll from one webinar to the next. Cons The missing piece that ruins it for me is not being able to download the email addresses. We received Webinar Ninja as a lifetime license many years ago and have finally been using it for webinars. So far, it seems to be a reliable software (which is an important factor that often isn't covered in reviews) and does exactly what you would expect a decent webinar software program to do. Pros We've only conducted one webinar on the software so far, but so far, it was reliable with the presentation, filming, and emailing out contacts who signed up for the webinar event. We really liked that you could have an incentive easily offered in the end with attachments that can be included. Cons We didn't always feel like we received the best responses from customer service with clear answers. Pros The platform UI makes setting up and customizing a webinar simple Cons After they did an "update" the week of 01/18/2021. - They gave NO WARNING that their platform would be unusable during this time. - I spent hundreds on ads, when I went live no one could access the webinar. - The email notifications could not be accessed or turned off - No access to registration embed forms - Customer service wouldn't respond for HOURS - I asked for a refund of the last month ($99), and to cancel my subscription. - The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] left my requests on read, and refused to answer me. As of today is stable, and I haven't had any issues with disconnections, or users complaining about the stability (apart from a regular number) Cons When you try to get outside of the regular use, things become complicated. I've had several users that the support team have hard time finding out why. For instance, the integration with Active Campaign didn't work until it suddenly started. Also, the camera quality is really bad during streams. I asked, and I was said that it was going to be fixed soon. I indeed saw an update related to that, but nothing changed for me. I've used other platforms with zero issues, so it's not my camera. Also, the evergreen features are far away from other solutions, up to the point that you can not do the same evergreen twice on the same day, I was suggested to clone the webinar. And it doesn't work with vimeo videos, which I think it's crucial, because hidden Youtube videos can be easily discovered and shared. Review Source Fraser N. On the occasion that I had a problem during my second time using it, one of the support team actually got live on a demo webinar with me to go through the issues and help me see what to do. Pros It works very well and is simple and reliable to use. it is very quick to set up and simple to deliver webinars. Being able to connect youtube videos by just adding the link, it's one of their best features. Pros WebinarNinja is very user friendly and it comes with a variety of features that allows participants to join from most devices, it has automated emails to to remind participants to join the webinar and sends the a recorded version 2hrs after it goes live. It connects easily to marketing platforms and payment apps. Great connectivity to youtube videos that helps with improving the teaching materials Cons a few percent o the participants had an issue connecting to the platform if they were not using chrome. What also impressed me, is that in addition to be being simple to understand it's a robust tool with many features.(very often having a simple people may mean that you will have to compromise on quality- that is not the case with Webinar Ninja) The Webinar Ninja team keep us users up to date with their updates, new features and product development. It demonstrates to me as a user that they are committed and dedicated to my success. Cons There is only one challenge I have with the current setup which is that you can't edit the number of user in attendance of a webinar. Lets say you only have 5 people. you could chose to opt out of the number being listed. It does pretty much everything, since it has automated email sequences that go out to people once they register. All you need to do is let people know about your webinar, and once they register, WebinarNinja does everything else. You can customize the emails, too., and integrate with your email provider so new people registering for the webinar get added to your mail list. Pros Hybrid webinars that allowed for pre recording and still allowed web admin to participate in chat, etc. Cons Most of the time, there was an error with the webinar. Several times the video would be out of sync, other times chat features did not work, etc. Customer Support was present but not helpful, likely a chat bot. My issues were never resolved.
