Pros The truth took away a lot of headaches in email control, adding a layer that allowed to leave in their hands, the management of spam and abuse especially in shared hosting. Cons I have not seen something very relevant against it, but the interface is eighties and sometimes some specialized settings require a bit of experience to measure the extent of the activation of a rule. It helps quite a lot with spam problems that are quite recurrent. Pros The product is intuitive, easy to install and configure, as well as easy to integrate with cPanel and plesk. Cons Actually the license is so complete and has so many help options for each server it is installed on, that it is not considered as a disadvantage for the product at the moment.
