一度、直接ズームで教えてくれたことがあり、それは助かったのだが、それ以降はもう知らんという感じだった

Cons

結局、最初から最後まで訳が分からなかった。 air host oneというのと管理コンソールというのが別にあって、どっちがどっちなのかがよくわからない。 料金設定をする画面がわからない。 エアビー側は、エアホスト側で決めてくれというし、エアホスト側は、エアビー側で聞いてくれとかいう。 わかりにくさを改善もする気がないみたい。 問い合わせチャットはAI botが返事するが、これがまたとんちんかんな回答ばかりで結局、解決しない。 最後、解約したいのですがというメールを送ったら、返答もなく、いきなり解約通知が届いた。 解約後の準備ができていたからよかったものの、できていなかったらどうなっていただろう。

pmsとサイトコントローラーが一体化しているのは便利で良い。まだまだ進化の途中と感じているので、どんどん改善を加えてより使いやすく変わっていってほしい。

Pros

サイトコントローラーとPMSが一体化しているところ。さらには自社サイトへ繋げて予約受注もできるので開業時には手数が少なくて済むのが最大のメリット。設定は直感的にできる部分が多く、そこまで難しくはなかった。とはいえ、公開されているマニュアルは随分と大雑把で言葉が足りず、結局導入担当の方にお世話になることが多かった。ゲストエクスペリエンスを高めるため、oneの機能に興味があり導入したが、現在のところあまりメリットは感じられない。オプション販売等アップセルに活用できそうなので、こちらは更なる進化に期待したい。

Cons

マニュアルが言葉足らずでわかりにくいので、もう少し細かく記載してほしい。oneのcrm機能がゲスト情報と連動しておらずとても不便。せっかく入力したゲスト情報に意味がなくCRMに活用できる要素は少ないと感じる。顧客サービスに重きを置く施設ではお客様の情報を細かくたくさん残し活用することでリピート利用に繋げる。oneの進化に期待したい。

細かい所で不満が出やすい。前の質問にも書いたが、親子関係にある部屋同士が当日清掃の星マークが出ないのは、清掃が混乱するのでつくようにしてほしい。スマホ画面は壊滅的に見にくい。オーナーや清掃業者は出先で予約を確認することも多いので、早急に改善してほしい。

レポートが見やすいota連携が行いやすい

Cons

親子関係にある部屋で当日チェックインがある場合、当日清掃のマークがつかないのは直して欲しい。スマホ画面が見づらすぎる

複数の貸別荘を運営している場合、サイトコントローラー、予約管理システム、自社予約サイトを全てエアホストにした場合、費用がかなり抑えられると思う。詳細なマニュアルがないので、手探りで設定したが、分からないことがあればメールで回答してくれる。

Pros

メッセージの一元管理複数の予約サイトを利用している場合、メールを主な連絡手段としていると、ゲストとのやり取りの履歴が確認しにくい。しかし、エアホストを使用するとチェット形式のように表示されるため、誰が・いつ・どのような返答をしたか容易に確認することができる。

Cons

日本語用にシステムを改善してほしい。・導入する際に全ての項目に英語を入力しないと、次に進めない点。・手動で予約を入力する際に、姓名が名性の順になる。・ブッキングエンジンの予約時にチェックイン時間、追加オプションなどを追記できない点・予約カレンダーを月間カレンダー形式で表示してほしい。

価格は他社より安く抑えられる。契約期間もないため、初期投資を抑えたい方におススメ。

Cons

カスタマーサポートとマニュアルを改善してほしい。新しい機能が導入されてもマニュアルがない。カスタマーサービスはメースでしか受けられないうえにレスポンスが遅い。

一元管理のしやすさ、誰でも簡単に扱える操作性は抜群だと思う。

Pros

カレンダーコントロールがしやすく、各サイトへ料率を変えて掲載できる。

Cons

スマホで操作中に接続が切れて再ログインが必要な時がある。同一物件だと部屋番号分けなので、売上がわかりにくい。
