You can change the child profile by going to menu --> Child Profile --> Click edit button on top right corner. You would not be able to add any authorized person from your app, that needs to be done by school. For messaging, if your school has not opted for it, you won't be able to use it. Please check with your daycare if they have opted for messaging with the app or not. Once again thank your for your support and feedback. Not sure this issue is from the app or phone setting.
